~~~3 years later after Nekoma won at  Nationals ( idk if they DO go, but-)~~~

                               

Kenma's Side

      
            Kenma was just in his apartment in his room,playing with his Nintendo switch while his roommate was sleeping.
    Earlier, he wanted his boyfriend Kuroo to come to his apartment to hangout and have a sleepover. Though, his roommate Denise
( A/N:yes, I'm the roommate. I would think me and Kenma would get along-) was there, but she told Kenma he would hangout with friends and have lunch at their favorite café, so the two pairs could be alone together.
            While Kenma was playing, he heard a ding somewhere along the bed, so he tried finding his phone and he did, so he checked and it says;

Rooster headed Bf🐾❤️: Hey Kitten, I'm almost near! Don't have too have too much fun without me😘
Sᴇɴᴛᴇᴅ 10 sᴇᴄᴏɴᴅs ᴀɢᴏ

           "Heh" Kenma chuckled of how sweet Kuroo was,nor text ,nor verbally. It was cute either way, so he waited.

~~~After 4  minutes~~~

            Four minutes had passed and Kuroo still wasn't here. You see, in this One-Shot, Kenma and Kuroo went to 2 different universities and were in different apartments. From where Kuroo was, his roommate was unsurprisingly his bro Bokubro- I mean Bokuto-
. . . Ahem- Anyways, Denise knocked on Kenma's door and said casually " Hey Ken, I'm gonna go now with Rielle, Jezania and the others, ok? Please wash the dishes unlike last time. . . And don't stay too much on your phone or Nintendo or. . . Whatever gamers do- I don't know-"

     "Okay mom, I'll do what you'll ask. And uh. . Stay safe too, I guess. ." Kenma replied in his regular monotone voice.
And then she left the apartment and drove herself at the café and Kenma was busy with Animal Crossing and again waited for Kuroo to come.

~~~After 10 minutes~~~

Ten minutes now passed and Kuroo still isn't here and this worries Kenma. Maybe there was traffic, I mean we live in Tokyo so probably. Except he forgot he wasn't in Tokyo anymore and is now in Kyoto ( And yes I know it is very far away from Tokyo-).
And from Kenma to Kuroo's house was about an 8 minute drive, so he shouldn't take long. But being Kenma, he was pretty patient AND he had time to still play so he wasn't really fazed. Also, Kuroo is sometimes late so- yeah!

But when right after Kenma was about to get a snack and went out of his room for once, until he heard an iconic ringtone which was the Nyan cat song on loop ringing until he answered. At first, he thought it was Kuroo but when he called it, it was a unknown woman's voice.

"Hello, hello? This is a nurse from Koseikai Takeda Hospital ( This is a real hospital btw from Kyoto, I basically googled 'Kyoto hospitals' k?), Uh- A man by the name of Tetsurou Kuroo is here, are you one of his parents?" The woman said.

Kuroo? Wha- What happened? And thats what he said to the nurse " Um, sorry ma'am I'm not his parents, but I'm his boyfriend,"
"O-oh-! Sorry, I need to call the parents, do you happen to know his parent's number?" The nurse asked in an apologetic demeanor.
"I- Yes, but please tell me what happened to Kuroo?" Kenma worriedly asked.

        " . . . I was afraid you might've asked that, . . . He's. . ."

Dens: Kekekeke, sorry for the cliffhanger- I was a bit impatient to this story and decided to publish it early for you guys. Don't worry! I'll make this a small series here! For now, I'll be taking requests of one shot ideas for the next one shot!
