"What do you two want?" The Hokage sat down her cup of sake.
"Greetings, Lord Fifth. I came here searching for someone." Nagato stated.
"I too am searching for someone." Karin stated.
"Umm...Tsunade, we were wrong." The black haired woman holding a pig whispered.
"No...Shizune, it can't be." Tsunade whispered back.
Shizune bent closer to to Tsunade and hid her face behind her clipboard.
Karin and Nagato stood next to each other awkwardly for a few minutes until Tsunade spoke again. "Who are you looking for?"
"Naruto Uzumaki." Karin and Nagato replied at the same time.
Tsunade looked from them to Shizune a few times before finally speaking. "And who are you?"
"Karin." She answered.
"Nagato." He answered.
"Last names?" Tsunade prompted.
"I don't technically have one." Nagato replied.
"Same here." Karin added.
"Clan?" Tsunade asked.
"Uzumaki." Nagato stated.
Karin stared at Nagato for a few seconds, processing his answer before answering. "Uzumaki."
"Damn!" Tsunade reached into her desk.
"He is in his apartment. He is in number 112 on the east side of the village." Shizune said as Tsunade handed her a wad of cash.
As Karin and Nagato opened the door, Tsunade stood up. "Hey! He has basically locked himself in his apartment for the last month. He won't open his door, so you might have to force it open. Kick it open if you need. I've kicked it down at least twice this week."
Nagato nodded and left. He and Karin walked out of the office and down the street. On their way, Karin asked some local teens for directions. The boy with red triangles on his cheeks didn't know, the boy with dark glasses stayed quiet, but the girl with pale eyes gave them the address. They followed her directions and came across a three-story apartment building. They walked up to the second floor and down the hall. They found 112 and knocked. They didn't get a response so Nagato knocked again.
"Go away, Sakura! I told you that I'm busy." Naruto shouted from somewhere inside.
"Naruto, can you let us in?" Nagato called out.
There were a several thuds that sounded like he was moving farther inside. "I don't know who you are! I'm not leaving. If Grandma Tsunade sent you, tell her she can just go-"
"Naruto Uzumaki, if you don't open this door, I'm kicking it down!" Karin yelled in a very authoritative tone.
"Yeah, whatever." He shouted.
Karin looked up at Nagato and looked at the door. He shrugged and stepped back. The last thing said before Karin kicked Naruto's in, was "Try me.".
Within a couple seconds, his door was down and Karin was in the doorway. They heard Naruto scrambling around in his room. Karin walked towards his room. She pushed the door open and was greeted with an incredibly angry Naruto.
"Hey, relax. Okay?" Karin held her hand out.
"Fine." He shook her hand.
"So it really is you." Nagato shook Naruto's hand.
"Who are you guys?" Naruto asked.
"I'm Karin." She answered.
"And I'm Nagato." He replied.
"So?" Naruto cocked his head to the side.
Karin pointed to her hair and then to Nagato's. "We are Uzumakis!"
Naruto immediately began crying which freaked Nagato out. "I-I, um, please calm down."
"I-I'm j-just so happy!" He said through tears.
Naruto immediately ran to Nagato and hugged him. Karin was caught off guard when Naruto grabbed her arm and pulled her into the hug. They held onto each other. They were all crying at that point. They were each so happy. Ever since Karin's mother died, she had always wanted to meet her relatives. Nagato had always wanted to meet another Uzumaki after he lost Yahiko. Naruto had grown up wanting a family. They already loved each other as if they known each other for several years.
