Chapter nine

Let's catch up 🙃 ok ? so i was so happy after last night , that I wrote four articles and that was surprising .
With the chirping of the birds I wake up checking my phone to see its past 10 , my lectures start by 12 so I think I have a lot to do . I get up and begin my business in the bathroom , tonight is the bts concert and trust me I have every thing ready for the night ,who doesn't love bts? Like those guys are awesome yet my best friend doesn't like them after talking to my mum on the phone I decide to watch a movie before going for lectures which should be in an hour or two.

that sounded familiar I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing to "demi Lovato 's really don't care "
"Hello"
"Ana!!! Where there hell are you ? Lectures are about to begin "Emily asked
"Hey Emily " I turned to check the time
"Oh shit I am late be there in twenty don't allow them mark the attendance " I say as I got up to get ready thank God I have taken a bath.
" you bet that right , fine I will make sure you are here " she says .
Within twenty minutes I was at the college looking all tired seriously having a nap before class is bad , now I look like I have had insomnia for the past two months . I stepped into the lecture room to see the lecturer already speaking , me trying to sneak into one of the seats honestly didn't help since my phone thought it was amazing to ring !!
"Well Good morning miss Curtis I see coming to class late is one of your hobbies " he said with so much Sarcasm .
"Sorry sir I had an episode " I say apologetically what? That's what I could come up with after all I definitely had an episode of waking up late .
"This is your last warning , find somewhere to sit " the lecturer says.
I look around To find Emily and Brandon all couped up around people I have no idea and the only seat available is the one beside Gabriel and you know how it goes I have to go sit beside him which sucks very much if I do say so myself.
Gabriel doesn't even realize someone is here as he continues to tap on his phone .
"Don't " I say as he turns and smiles at me
"You know we would be a very cool couple "Gabriel says out of know where.
"Look I am already late the last thing I need is to be called out for not concentrating " I reply .
Silence filled the room as we watched the tale our lecturer had on .

The rush to leave the hall after class was unbelievable "Brandon"I yell as I approached the door "hey Ana what's popping ?"
"Dude I need to check my score on mr Martin's test wanna check yours ?" I say fidgeting
"Sure , but I know I didn't do bad anyway but we have class in like thirty minutes" Brandon says .
I stare at the board to see a D on the course ,tears came running ,I am an A and b student but getting a D is definitely ruining my record the pound was too much I just couldn't,Brandon certainly knew I wasn't in the mood so he just held me without saying a word .

"Hey Ana!! You ready for the party tonight? " Emily asks to be honest as much as I would love to go I really didn't think I had that mindset ready to go for such event " sorry Emily I don't think I would be going , you should probably go with your boyfriend or someone "
Emily stares at me like I had three heads
"You have to be kidding what caused the change of mind ? We had every thing planned literally our outfits" Emily said
" Emily , Ana just had a problem with her grades and she doesn't feel too good I will drive her home Brandon said with a smile .
"Wait before we do that I need to talk to professor Martin , he definitely needs to hear from me " I say as I wipe my tears.

"Hello Professor Martin can I please talk to you for a second ? " I say mustering all the courage I could get that man knew how to make a girl pee in hat pants and trust me not in a good way.
"Yes miss Curtis how can I be of help?"he says acting
Like he didn't know the reason behind my visit .
"Uhm Sir i wanted to know the reason behind my grade ,because I think I deserved more than that "I say with my eyes facing the ground.
" look miss Curtis , you did deserve that grade if you had put in more work you would have done better but you didn't so you got what you deserved" he said with a smile .
"To be honest I think you just don't like me that's why but working I am pretty sure I did that and I promise you I am going to work better to get an A on this course "I say smiling at him
"Well miss Curtis let's see how this go but I give out the grades not you so try wowing me ,if there isn't anything else I have a class now so please excuse me " Mr Martin says with a wide smile.

"So how was it ? Is he going to change them or allow you re-take the test? " Emily asks .
"Firstly that's too many questions and to answer them I think I just made my life tougher in this man's class and I just have to work extra I guess , but I have changed my mind I am going to the concert" I say with a smile .
"Hurrayyyy we are going to have so much fun actually I am so glad you changed that crazy mind of yours " Emily replied as she jumped on me embracing me in a hug.
"Can't breathe "
" enough with this whole bts love thing" Brandon said pushing us out of the school premises
"But seriously Brandon this concert is going to be lit don't say I didn't warn you " i say as I pat Brandon on the shoulder.
"Sorry buddy , but I have plans with Jennifer and I am definitely not giving that up " he says with a smile.

After three hours of whiplash of makeup I think it was time for us to go but Emily wasn't satisfied this girl just knew how to go over board but damn!! Did we look good.
" ok this is the best I have looked in a long time and I am definitely killing it " I say as I stare into the mirror "come on !!!!!!! Ana let's get going we would be late " Emily screams God that girl's adrenaline is more than a child with a high sugar level.
" do you think they would sign my shirt ? I wish I could take a picture with them oh my Gosh my social media page would be on fire !!!" Emily said.
"Geez girl calm down !! It's just a concert don't get your panties in a twist " I say
We step into a building with so much music that I can barely comprehend what's going on but with the jittery movements made by Emily I think we were good . With our passes we were allowed into the vip section where we were seeing the boy band a lot better , with taehyung explicit moves the band were definitely giving us one hell of a show I couldn't even tell who had me engraved in their eyes .
"I need a drink " I tell Emily
"Sure let's go get one "Emily says dragging me with her
"Ok Emily I know you are excited but girl would you calm down " I say laughing at the way she kept jumping .
"Please two cocktails , isn't that Gabriel with so me girl? "Emily says drawing my attention to the guy dressed in all black with a girl
"Hey Gabriel!! I didn't know you would be here ? " Emily says forgetting I am here .
" No you didn't " I growled as Gabriel approached me " oh hey Emily , yes I just brought my sister here she definitely didn't want me to leave her " he says totally ignoring me I scoff under my breath like I don't actually care .
" Gabriel who is this pretty lady?" she says pointing at me shyly .
" Ariana this is Ana and Ana this is my sister ari " Gabriel says with a smile .
"Hello there ari how are you ? I like your dress " I tell her
"Hey Ana ,we are namesakes and thank you "she says smiling while holding Gabriel hands .
"See you around Emily " he says without saying a word afterwards as they walk away .
" is it only me or did I feel tension between you too?" Emily says
"It's only you now come on " I tell her dragging her back to the concert .

Author's note : hey guys!!! Another chapter did Gabriel just snub Ana?? Tsktsktsk I guess we would have to see what game he is playing ..
