Negativity- The expression of criticism of or pessimism about something.
○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○Negativity is something we all feel sometimes, maybe even all the time. Even the most positive people feel negativity sometimes.
With some it's with their art, maybe their writing, sometimes their looks, their personality ( or maybe even personalities), or maybe even the way they dress.
We all feel it sometimes.
What are you most negative about?
Now that you've identified it, why do you think you feel negatively about that?
Usually, negativity is caused by a common cold, exhaustion, stress, hunger, sleep deprivation, even allergies can make you depressed, which leads to negative thoughts. In many cases, depression can be caused by negativity.
Which of these causes your negative thinking? If it's none of them, then what causes it?
Let's talk it out, explain to me why those cause you negative thoughts. You don't have to, only if you want to.
Now that we've talked it out, I want you to close your eyes & clear your mind of everything.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.

Is your mind clear? If not, make sure everything around you is quiet & breathe in & breathe out a couple of times. If it is, start to think about what you're good at & what makes you good at it.
Think positive.
Think of this quote, 'Life is short. Cut out the negativity, forget the gossip, say goodbye to people who hurt you. Spend your days with the people who are always there.'
I want you to think about that everytime you think negatively about yourself.
If you don't have any family like that, you have your friends. If you have no friends, go make some. If you can't make any friends, hell, I'll be your god damn friend!
Remember, you are amazing, outstanding, incredible, beautiful, creative, & talented.
Now repeat that to yourself.
Say; I (y/n), am amazing, outstanding, incredible, beautiful creative, & talented, no matter what anyone says or thinks about me!
Now repeat that to yourself till you believe it.
You are all wonderful in my eyes, so you better believe it.
