It's Going Good

Sonia's POV

" So now we have to tell everyone else about our little surprise." I said while Gundham and I were cuddling and celebrating the pregnancy." Well shall we Skype call the mortals, you call your friends." he suggested while holding me." No I think we should go back to Japan to tell them." I said while turning my head to look him in the eyes." I do not think that is such a good idea." he said sternly." Why- oh Kazuichi, he was supportive of our relationship and I don't believe he will be mad. Plus I heard that he has a new girlfriend so he won't do anything." I said with a smile." Oh how foolish me, we must tell your birth givers." He said with a worried expression on his face." Oh yes we should do that today at the earliest." I said while silently cursing myself for forgetting about that." Would you like to go now?" he asked." You know what, yes I would lets go!" I said as I took him by the hand to the main hall where my parents were.
   " Mother, father we have some news!" I said with a mix of excitement and nervousness in my voice." Oh hello sweetheart, go on please tell us this news." Mother said excitedly." I-I'm pregnant." I said nervously. They had to look away to hide the excitement on their faces." Well, then you two will just have to get married before anyone else knows." Mother said while trying to hide the excitement in her voice." May I be honest?" Father asked, also trying to hide the excitement in his voice." Go on." Gundham said curiously." Well, we were actually hoping this would happen for a while now." He said now not hiding the excitement in his voice." Wait what, why?" I asked confused." Well you see now Gundham cannot leave." Mother said over excitedly." Did you truly believe that I would leave her?" Gundham asked a little bitterly." Well we did not know, but now we do." Mother said while jumping on me and hugging me. My father gave Gundham a hand shake. We then all sat down and talked about when we will get married and have a crowning ceremony.
     Once we were finished, we went back to my room." Hey Darling, do you want to move into a bigger room together?" I asked." If you'd wish, that will make it so that we can prepare for my spawn to arrive." He said while dramatically posing." Your spawn?" I asked while giggling." Indeed, I must thank the gods for blessing me with the child growing inside you!" He said while walking over to me." I'm glad that you're happy. Do you think we are going to have a boy or girl?" I asked while rubbing my tummy." I sense a girl in our near future."  He said as he sat next to me." Really, I kind of want a boy, I would name him Alexander." I said while cuddling up with him." I would like my spawn to be of the female breed so that I could name her Victoria." He said proudly." Oh that is beautiful, is it after Queen Victoria?" I asked curiously." Indeed, is Alexander after king Alexander?" He asked as he put his arms around my waist." Oh yes, this is our first born so they will be the next leader of Novoselic. So I need my child to sound powerful and prideful." I said excitedly." I whole heartily agree!" He said before he kissed my neck lovingly. I giggled because it tickled and closed my eyes while smiling. I am so very lucky to have him, and our new baby. Even though I just found out about them, I love them so much and can't wait until they are here.
       (7 months later still Sonia's POV)
    The morning sickness is gone now but it was replaced with the baby kicking. I already know that this child definitely takes after their father, their so energetic! Well anyway, we are having the gender reveal party today! I'm so excited to find out the gender of my baby. I'm really praying for a boy but will be happy even if they are a girl. Gundham is really hoping for a girl because he can sense it or something. I got ready and then woke up Gundham." Wake up Darling, we have to find out the gender today." I said while shaking him. He immediately shot up and practically yelled," Today is the day I prove to you that my spawn is of the female gender." " Sure Darling, now let's get ready I don't want to be late to our own party." I said while giggling. He got ready while I read one of his old occult books.
(Later at the party)
" Alright Sonia and Gundham, cut the cake and what ever color is is is the gender. Purple for girl and red for boy."(I've gotta stay on brand with the emo shit) Chiaki excitedly said while handing us a knife. We held it together before we excitedly cut the cake. It was purple, meaning we are have a girl! " I'm not going to say I told you so but I did say that my spawn was a female." Gundham said while chuckling." Wait did you really want a girl?" Nekomaru asked." Ahaha of course, for I am the overlord it ice, Gundham Tanaka and I will raise this demon, given to me by the gods, to be the next overlord of ice after me!" He said proudly." Dude, did you just call your daughter a demon?" Kazuichi asked with a distressed look on his face." Am I not supposed to?" Gundham asked confused." No, fucking call your daughter angel or princess or something." Fuyuhiko said also with distressed look on his face." I see well I suppose I can call her something of the sort." Gundham said while looking away and thinking. I laughed at their conversation when I felt a soft tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see Mahiru and I said," Oh Mahiru what's up?" " Oh well I wanted to ask you something." She said while looking away." Oh yes of course." I said sweetly." Well I wanted to ask if it's bad being pregnant?" She asked while looking embarrassed." It's bad at first but it gets better, plus our little girl really takes after her father. Why do you ask?" I said nicely." Well Hiyoko and I were thinking that we could have a child. And I was thinking about which of us should be the mother." She said while still looking away." Oh well it does hurt so I'd suggest that the one that can take the most pain should be the mother." I said while smiling." Oh thank you so much that helped me big time." She said before walking away.
