One Email Received

"What a tiring day.."

At last, I can now lie on my bed after an almost 2 days straight of flying back and forth. I don't have enough rest and I really want to take a bath and a long, good sleep.

It's been 10 years since I became a pilot. Everything feels surreal. I almost visited half of the countries around the world. It's a tiring and difficult job but it's fulfilling.

I dropped my things to the bed and went to shower. I showered quickly since I really want to sleep. I wear pjs and nothing on top. I looked at the mirror as I dry my hair.

"I need a haircut."

I tossed the towel to nowhere and began fixing my things that I brought to my flight to UAE. I bought some souvenirs and snacks for my family too.

Kyle and Noah called telling me that we will have a batch reunion. They told me the details and talk for a little then we bid our goodbyes since we're all busy persons now. I am about to sleep when I heard a "Ding!", means I got a notification. I opened my phone.

"One email received."

I frowned as I think if I am expecting an email from someone.

"My netflix account maybe."

I placed my phone to the nightstand and closed my eyes. Minutes later, my eyes are still closed but my mind keeps on displaying the picture of the notification on my phone.

"Ugh fck it. Maybe it's important."

I reached for my phone and opened the email. I raised an eyebrow when it is an email from cute_vixen@gmail.com .

"A spam maybe." But I still opened the message. I am surprised because it is a lengthy message dated 10 years ago. My curiousity is itching for answers so I read the message.

"Okay ma'am I am reading it.", i chuckled then I scrolled for the message.

"Hi Paolo! Or Torvas, I don't know. Maybe just Paolo. Haha. Sht I don't know what to say even in an email message. So uhm, I am a fan of yours from the Philippines and I really really love your TikTok posts. I always look forward to your uploads everyday and also your IG stories. I make edits out of your videos and available pictures on your IG. You actually shared it once in your story. You don't know how happy I am that time. You also replied twice to my comment in your video. You know what's funny? The first comment of mine that you replied is me saying "👁👄👁", then you replied with "😳". The next is me saying, "FIRST!", because I saw your video uploaded just 20s ago. You replied with "YAY". Funny because it looks nonsense but you, replying to my comment is like a fuel to a ticking bomb. I was smiling all day when that happened. HAHA!

I want to tell you how I learned about you. I was scrolling to my fyp when I saw you doing a bathroom POV. Ugh. Your legendary videos, I always live for them. Then I checked your account then fall in love immediately. Bullsht right? How can you fall in love with someone by just watching their videos? Well, it is possible. At that day, I told myself that this guys has a lot of potential and deserves to be supported by someone. So I started to be a fan girl of yours that day.

It wasn't easy tho. I will be honest, there are days that I am in the verge of giving up. I also took weeks of break from fangirling. But I don't know, there's something about you that makes me come back to supporting you. I tried to support other TikTok artists but it's always you. There's something in your hazel brown eyes that captivates me. I personally like the close up POVs that you just stare at the screen, then look down to up and then smile or smirk. I feel like it's made just for me. I could stare at you and look into your eyes all day, Pao. That's how I love your eyes.
