If you don't know what is insecurities,insecurities is
When you feel you are not enough ,lack of something .
Kita Akan rase self doubt and this is really not good,I think it's normal because everyone has it don't worry ,macam satu Hari tu kita Akan rasa down useless dan kite percaya yang kite ni buruk for the rest of our life,we do have different insecure ,examples some people are insecure about their,  I'm to fat/skinny,look/appearance,i tak cantik muka cam telur/kentang ,some of us insecure about relationship and all of that,I do have insecure ,my biggest insecurities is I'm not good enough and I'll be judging myself like who are you? To make something like this to the society,do you think you're good enough that you can help people something like that and next,I feel like I'm not beautiful enough and (some people be like pftt 😂) I'm not sure why but I think everybody has it I guessed ,and the last part is I'm not smart ,I'll always say  I'm stupid ,and I want to be the best for my family and make them happy ,when I start to overthink and I believe in it ,bila macam ni aku nangis Dan aku nangis sampai aku penat lepastu  aku try relax dan aku cakap kat diri aku don't judge too much ,try to forgive yourself ,there's nothing wrong with you ,Cuba masukkan dalam diri it's not that bad,you can do this,try to acknowledge what is wrong with you ? For an example I'm not beautiful ,but everyone tell me I'm beautiful so nampak tak ,find someone who can listen to you ,what if you don't have ? I'll always buat journal atau you can google  how to express yourself dan yang paling penting sekali jangan SIMPAN!!! And the next part after you dah express yourself ,and you can try focus on the small things,I'll give you examplelah you have social anxiety meaning that you're afraid /scare to talk to people ,buang  semua tu Dan why don't you try to say hello,good morning or assalamualaikum 👋
So in this way it slowly build up ,jadi aku kalau orang cakap hello ,hello lah balik ape susah(jangan down kalau diorang tak hello balik Korang cakap je hello lagi😂)bende ni boleh tolong ko jadi lebih confident ,sape yang cakap bende bende negative kat  ko and ko letak statement tu dalam Kepala otak ko yang ko tak cantik , like one of you friend said eh muka ko tak cantik lah, hidung kau macam 🐽,eh pendeknya kau ,eh buruknya kau ,eh,eh,eh,eieiiiii Nakpa kau tok?nak je aku Sekeh orang macam tu sometimes I just don't understand this people like what is wrong with you ???this kind people that you call friend need to go away because this people yang membuatkan statement semua ni input kat dalam diri ,and you start to believe it so they have to go seriously ,so when you acknowledge your toxic friend you have to cut them all and start to distance yourself ,if taknak cut terus macam kau still macam Takut  dia judge ko ke macam apehal minah ni tiba tiba taknak kawan ngan aku all of this sudden.,try to distance yourself a bit je ,Dan save people yang betul betul sayang ko yang boleh dipercayai ,they are yang boleh happykan ko Dan aku tahu sape je yang tak suka aku (serious aku tahu sape benci aku)Dan Korang kena tahu which one toxic which one is the positive ,.........celebrate yourself like good job myself kau dah buat yang terbaik ,sape lagi kalau orang lain tak buat kita kena celebrate diri kita  , and appreciate ourself,try to do this Dan kalau ade ape ape bagi tau kat comment atau personal chat okey that's it goodnight
