"No, he is literally trying to take you away from me," she said almost shedding a tear.
"We're just FRIENDS," i said. (Mattia excuse me, he is your bff not just friends.)

That hurted me because he usually says that i am his bestest friend ever, but now he says friends..?

"Good." Cynthia said as she let me go and walked away...
"So best friends doesn't mean anything to you, or best friend forever.." I said shedding a tear.
"I did not mean it like-" Mattia was about to finish but i interrupted him..
"Ever since you dated Cynthia, you have only smiled the hardest and laugh so hard but with me, you don't laugh as hard as you used too with me.. I try to cover up the sadness and you don't really notice the tears or the red eyes.. you only walk to class with Cynthia but you used to do that with me. You don't sleep over anymore. Ever since that Cynthia girl dated you, my life changed." I said while tears were running down my cheeks and onto the marble floor.
"Kai, i am so sorry, i did not mean to hurt you. She is my girlfriend and i actually care about her more than i care about you.. I still care about you but she has a special place in my heart." Mattia said looking at me.
"Oh, i get it, so you broke your promises." I said..
