Today is a really stressful one, we've been having lots and lots of customers and all parts of my body wants to rest, they all want to retire for today. All i seriously need right now is to go home, take my bath and rest and never forget to eat hahahaa, i can't wait for the clock to strike 7, yeah closing hours is 7.

I stood with few of my colleagues gisting, this period we weren't having lots of customers, and now I was getting fed up with the gist and gossips but i had no choice, i had to join anyways to kill my boredom since Gabriel is too busy.

From where i stood, i noticed mercy walking up to me and saying something to me, but i couldn't get or read her lips, so i just stood there in a confused way waiting for her to get to me.

She was now in front of me. "The manager wants to see you in his office" she said out loud. Everyone was silent now.

"But why, what have i done this time"

She shrugged her shoulders. "I really don't know but he asked me to call you"

I was already sweating profusely, i was beginning to wonder if i had been late to work,but no, i was way early today, oh no, what could i have done for him to call me, was i going to loose my job oh no! Oh no! My heart was racing so fast, that you could even dance to it. I look around for Gabriel, but he was not insight. So help me God.

I walk slowly to the manager's office, i climbed up the stairs. I didn't care right now if anyone or anybody was looking at me, i just walk head up and straightforward. I got to the door of the manager's office, my hand on the door handle, Duuduu duuduu my heart was racing very fast now.

I finally opened the door slowly, i could see him sitting on his chair and smiling this time, i was fully in Mr Ralph's office so i shut the door behind me.

"How are you doing today Miss Miranda" he smiled softly, his smile melting my heart and calming it from beating too fast. But wait!  How does he even know my name, oh i forgot, i work under this man in front of me.

"I'm fine sir and you" i said forcing a smile.

"I'm very good" he said, standing  up, and walking towards me. He was standing very close to me now, that i could feel his breath against my lips cause I was shorter and he's taller, i felt like dragging him closer to me and planting a kiss on those sexy lips,i wish. "I see you are very nervous, well i only wanted to apologize for how i spoke to you the other day, i felt i was to rude" he  said innocently.

"Oh it's nothing sir, besides you did the right thing" i replied. Facing down.

"But I'm sorry, so am i forgiven"

"Sure sir, you are very much forgiven" i replied, still facing down.

"So are we friends then" He asked politely. friends, like really friends, wow,this wasn't even what i was expecting.

"Sure we are sir" i replied smiling and I noticed he too was smiling.

"How about we have dinner together uhn, just both of us" he asked with a bright smile on his face.

"Uhn...hm...sir..i..."  i stammered, i was short of words.

"I will take that as a yes then" he said with a big grin. I just stood speechless, i couldn't say anything.

"Well, i will be waiting for you in my car after closing hours. See you later dear" He said while i nodded my head.

Did he just call me dear, wow, i wasn't even expecting this, now i have to go out with my boss, yaaayyy a dream come true. Gabriel will be shock at this.
