16 Craziness

Aizawa was called to the station regarding an incident of two of his students. He looks pissed and tired. He walked into the police station seeing Bakugo in cuffs, somehow not surprising. What didn't make sense was why  Uraraka here with her family, or why her step dad had an ice pack on his crotch. He walked up to the police officer. "What happened?"

"Mrs Uraraka-Yuri called the cops since she heard fighting in her daughter's room. They found Bakugo beating Mr Yuri. According to Mrs Uraraka-Yuri it was peculiar since her daughter and Bakugo are friends. Mr Yuri will be giving his statement first before going to hospital. Katsuki Bakugos' parents have been notified and are on their way to the station."

"I see, may sit in on the interviews of my students. I can inhibit their quirks. Bakugo could easily break those cuffs with his quirk." Aizawa states. The police officers agrees and Aizawa sits and waits.

"Katsuki Bakugo room 2." An officer announces. The sudden blonde and his teacher enter the room.

"Can you tell me about the events which caused you to be detained for assault of MR Yuri?" The officer asked.

"I went to cheeks'... Ochakos' house to get back my English book. I usually enter her room through the window. I saw her step father using her as his fucking personal sex toy while using his quirk. So I beat the living shit out of him." He venomously states.

"That's very different to how Mr Yuri and his wife described the situation. "

"Sure listen to someone who preys on his underage stepdaughter sure."

"That's a very serious accusation."

"What's his listed quirk? Shape shift or mimic? I am done speaking until my parents or lawyer get here, they have my proof."

Next it was Ochakos turn.

Ochako was slumped in her seat, eyes red from crying.

"Miss Uraraka, would you like to explain the events which led up to tonight?"

She remains quiet. Aizawa who was meant to just remain quiet and keep their quirk in check piped up. "A Hero job to to put the bad guy away. Make sure the correct person is held accountable."

"My mum is happy now. I don't want to ruin that."

"You were asked if you wanted to do participate in a rape kit when you arrived but you refused."

"Correct" 

At this moment a tall brunette women walked in "May I please have a moment with my client... since she is meant to have a guardian or legal counsel present as she's underage."

"Hi Uraraka I'm Masarus' cousin. You know with all the hot heads in the family you need a few lawyers mixed in. Its ok you can tell the truth. Mitsuki brought some proof in the way of clothing from a previous assault. Am I right to assume it is the same person?"

Uraraka nods and holds onto her hand tightly under the desk. After she told them everything she came outside and was surprisingly hugged tightly by Yogi who was crying. "I'm sorry, I thought it was just me... it's why I went to college far away. I thought he secretly liked men." Ochako just hugged him back tightly. Sad but also relieved it was over for them. Urarakas mum was sobbing as well she didn't understand why Ochako didn't say anything. 

Yuri got arrested for sexual assault and misuse of quirk and impersonation.
