#Chapter 9#

I Kerri Violet, is going to murder the person who is tapping at my window at 3:00 am. I groan. I walk up to window and see Julio. What the fudge. He stares at me. He's waiting for me to open the window. Next thing I do is close the curtains.

No one and I mean no one wakes me up during the middle of the night. I go back to my comfy bed.

Just when I was this close to drifting back to sleep. Julio was tapping on my window again. I throw my throw pillow at the window. I don't  really want to talk to him. I counted to 5 mins.

Nothing happen. I think its safe to say I can get some shut eye. Next thing I knew he was tapping again. I groan and get up. I make my way to the window. When I open the curtains no one is there.

I quickly close the curtains and headed back to my bed hoping I can fall asleep. Why would Julio wake me up 3 in the morning? Probably a prank. I sigh.

I'm at a school dance talking to Zach when Julio comes and grabs me.

"We need to talk." He said.

He move us far away from the crowd.

"Julio what are you doing? Shouldn't you be with your  so call friends? "

"Yeah but its not about them tonight."

"Is this a prank?" I said.

"What. I will never do that to you. Tonight is our night." He smile  at that last part.

"What do you mean?" I whisper.

"You will see." He leans in and kisses me.

I ended up kissing him back. Best night ever.

I get out of my bed. Not to bad for waking up at 3 am. I head to my window and open the curtains. There is a note on it. I open the window and i take the note out. It says:

Meet me @ my locker before the 1st bell

Yeah right. I crumbled the note and throw it in my bin. I'm not going to risk my life for getting prank or hurt. Why does he out of the sudden want to talk me? Im pretty sure his answer will be B.S.

I slowly walk downstairs to the kitchen making sure I don't make any noise. Having an abuser father is difficult. Ugh. I quickly grab an apple and headed out to the door.

Today is another day. It can either go terribly wrong or it will be just a normal day. I wish I could  have a normal life. But these are just tetest for the real world.

All I have to think about that when I finally have enough money that means I can leave that house that I call home.

Once I arrived to school I make sure I don't run into Julio. I quickly headed to my classroom. I can't wait to escape this hell.

To my surprise no one was in the classroom. I take my seat all way in the back corner. I really don't want to talk to anyone. I just sit now and place my head on the desk.

If only class can be this quiet. I sigh. I hope Julio doesn't sit next to me. I'm very angry at him forwaking me up and coming in my dreams. I already see him in school and now he's in mh dreams. Thats to much for someone like me.

My thoughts were interpret by a poke. I look up and see Jordan smirking at me. "You look like a zombie." He said.

"I do? I didn't know that. I wake up at 3 don't judge me. And you are in my class?"

"Yup. If you dont believe me I have my schedule right here." Jordan smile.

"I do believe you. Im just glade to see that your in my class. I hate almost everyone in the class."

"Awww poor Kerri. But now that I'm here, this will become your favorite class now." He said. The class started to fill up with people.

"Your hair I's a mess  let me fix it."

"Umm no I'm good. " I say. Normally when he says that, he makes my hair more messy.

"Oh come on just like last time."

"No. But I can gave you a hug."

"That would do." He smile. I get up and hug him. Oh how much I miss he's hugs. Once we let go I see people stare at us. The one person who is glaring at us is Julio. What is his problem? " I miss your hugs. Its great seeing you again."

"Yeah it is." I say. After that we sit down and the teacher comes in.

After one boring class is over, I pick up my books and make my way to my next class but stop myself. I don't want to walk by myself when Julio is probably mad at me.  I walk to Jordan. And I ask him, "What do you have next?"

"Um.. give me a sec.. I have Latin."

"So do I. Do you  want me to walk guide you?"

"That will be lovely Kerri." He said.

We make our way to Latin as fast as possible.

Throughout the whole day I didn't run into Julio. But other than that, Jordan is in every single class so I finally have a real friend to talk to.

I was making my way when someone grab my arm. "Why weren't you at my locker? Were you too busy talking to your boyfriend."

"No, I just dont trust you and why do you even care? You know what! Just leave me alone." He let go of my arm and I started to walk home. On my way home Jordan catch up to me.

"Hey now that I'm here we can walk home together now."

"Do you just love me too much  that you want to do everything with me now?"

"Well I only know youin this school so yeah. Oh how's your dad?" Jordan is the only person I told that my dad abuses me. He cant really do anything because he told his parents  but they didn't believe him when were little.

"He got way worst." I said.

"I wish I could do something. I'm sorry I can't  do anything about it."

"Its alright."

"Before I forget. Do you want to my cousin house? Rachael  really misses you. And I thought it will be perfect to hang out."

"Oh I will love too. I want to get away from this town." I smile

Hope you enjoy. I so far have 20 chapters plan for this  story. My goal is to do 40 chapters. But anyways.
