" Y'all niggas been moving out for a month , LEAVE." Jon said staring at us.
" Shut up." I mugged him.
" You see , I thought the whole being mean thing was just because you were pregnant. What happened to the sweet Cody ?"
" She had a tasmanian devil for a child." I said grabbing Areys out of a box. " I told you to get out of that."
" Leave her alone." Kortez said throwing her up in the air making a bunch of noise.
" Be quiet."
" Today is a happy day." He said smiling.
" You get your ankle bracket off I get it." I sighed. " I finally don't have to deal with her asking me to charge your ankle."
" I don't know if you trying to make a joke but that wasn't funny." He straight faced me.
" I-" I busted out laughing. " Im serious but it was funny."

" Okay , Red." I sighed. " Take this to the car."
" I am used for sex and house work , I feel like a slave." He mumbled.
" Just go do it and stop complaining." I said patting his back. " Come on Bam."

" What ?" I looked down at her.

" You-Watch your mouth." I said popping her hand and she started crying. " Shut up."
" Da." She frowned sniffing and reached for him.
" You brought that on yourself , don't look at me."
I just shook my head and put her in her car seat. " I don't know what you teaching for."
" Ipad." She mumbled.
" Here." I handed it to her.
" You ready ?" Kortez looked up at me.
" Yeah , we gotta drop our stuff off then you gone go be a free man." I nodded.
" You don't want to come ?"
" Nah , she gotta take a nap." I scratched my head.
" Ight." He said driving off.
" You got me stuck inside your love cycle , I read your love bible." I heard playing lowly in the back ground and I just sat back thinking about life.
It took a lot to get where I was now but it was all worth it honestly. A couple months of pain and hurt was worth all the happiness that has been brought to me. Areys was the best thing that happened to me and I couldn't thank Kortez enough for the blessing.
