CHAPTER 19

Crystal Pov

School was over after that uh.. incident. Whatever, we (me, jimin, taehyun and yeonjun) were making our way out of the school, none of us said anything, then i remembered that i had to go to the cafè, cuz i haven't went there for a few days

"Um, guys, i'm gonna go to the cafè today" i said looking at them, yeonjun and taehyun nodded their head in response meanwhile jimin was just looking down.

I bid them bye and went to the direction of my cafè

After i reached there i quickly made my way towards the back of the counter, while greeting the other worker mia, on the way. I quickly put my apron on and stood straight to take orders

"Where were you these past days?" She asked and i shrugged

"Have been a bit busy with, you know, school work" i said looking at her, she nodded her head in acknowledgement and went back to making some coffee.

The door to the cafè chimed and i took my notepad and a pen, ready to take the order of the person

"Hello, what would you like?" I asked the people standing there, i didn't looked up to see their faces

"Caramel macchiato" said one of them, the voice looked familiar so i looked up, only to see my teammates i looked at them and smiled

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked as i put my hand down from the 'ready to take order' position

"Just wanted to have something to drink, so we thought why not visit you as well" yeonjun said shrugging a little

"Okay, 1 caramel macchiato, what would you two like?" I asked gesturing towards jimin and yeonjun

"Iced americano, please" yeonjun said, now all of us looked at jimin who was just looked at who was just looking down, yeonjun nudged him as he looked up like he was snatched out of his thoughts

"Huh? Oh, 1 normal coffee" he said and i nodded, i knew why was he like this, well, it was a shock how fast sam changed

Yeonjun and jimin went to sit down, taehyun stayed there saying he will carry the tray of drinks

After i finished their drinks i took them to taehyun, who had went to a bit side so he wouldn't block the way, when i went there he smiled at me as i did the same, he took the tray and after one last glance at each other he made his way towards the table where jimin and yeonjun sat, after they were finished we talked a bit about our practice and techniques, and ofcourse i took breaks from the short conversation as i had to work, after all this they went back to the dorms

I was done with my shift and now i was heading back to the dorms, but i decided to text in our group chat asking if they were at the dorms or at the training, turns out they were at the practice, so instead of the dorms i went to practice

I went inside the room seeing all of them practicing, when i entered they stopped to look at me and after a small greeting all of us resumed the practicing

After like an hour or two of practicing all of us were tired we were flat on the floor panting hard

"Someone needs to get water bottles" yeonjun said between gasps

"Rock.. paper.. scissors.." taehyun said all of us nodded. Taehyun lost the game

"I want someone else as well, i ain't going alone and carrying all the bottles alone" he said getting in a sitting position, so for this me, jimin and yeonjun played it again, yeonjun lost this time, sighing both of them made their way out of the room

"Why..." i heard jimin say, i turned my head towards him and raised an eyebrow

"What do you mean jimin?" I asked looking at him, he sat up and so did i,

"Why did sam changed? Why didn't she trust me? Was i a bad boyfriend?" He questioned and looked up at me, and that's when i notice the he had teary eyes, but i didn't know how to answer his questions

"I-i don't know.." i said looking down
"Why, you should know.. you were her best friend.." he said as he came closer to me, but i still didn't knew the amswer, yes i was her best friend but i still don't know..

I heard a sob, i turned to the voice, it was jimin

"Jimin.." he was crying, silent tears were comimg out of his eyes and i could tell why, even though i hated him but i could see how much jimin loves sam. He suddenly hugged my waist and placed his face on the crook of my neck and he started sobbing, his back was vibrating, i didn't know what to do, so i just rubbed his back and let him cry

I heard the door open, yeonjun and taehyun looked at us, my eyes widen i thought taehyun would misunderstand me.. but to my surprise he just smiled and nudged yeonjun who looked at him confusedly but taehyun dragged him out of the room, i sighed in relief and continued patting jimin's back as he cried on my shoulder

After a few seconds he pulled away and sniffed softly, he looked down with a pout on his lips

"Please don't tell it to anyone" he aksed me still looking down

"Fine, i won't" i said and he looked up, smiling slightly and at that moment the door opened again, as yeonjun and taehyun walked in

"Here, we got water" yeonjun said and placed the water bottles infront of us, we all took one each, taehyun sat down beside me and looked up smiling, it was almost as if he was telling that 'it's okay' or 'i understand'. I just gave a small smile and took a few gulps of water

"Should we go back? It's already 11 pm." Yeonjun said looking at all of us, we nodded and got up making our way to the dorms

We reached there and got inside of our respective dorms

I went to the kitchen and took a glass of cold water and drank it, just then taehyun came into the kitchen

"What happened to jimin?" He asked looking at me

"He.. was just upset.. he loves sam so much.. and today, she was completely different from the sam we knew.. she almost looked like ....jenniffer, and she also shouted at jimin.. so, yeah" i explained him, he nodded his head slightly

"I see.." he said

"But it's nothing between us! He just wanted a shoulder to cry on and only i was there-" i started rambling but he cut me off with a chuckle

"You're cute when you're flustrated, and don't worry, i didn't misunderstood" he said and smiled at me before saying a "good night" and just like that he went to his room. I just stood there blinking in surprise, i bit back a smile that came to my lips unknowingly

"Aishh.." i said and went to my room as well, ready to go in the land of dreams
