CHAPTER 13 : *NEW MISSION AND FINDINGS*

CHAPTER 13 ( NEW MISSION AND FINDINGS): EDITED

A week ago when had a new student, he was Alan Webster, my dancing club partner and it's finally Saturday but Mom and dad have called us all, by us all I mean all agents. Alan and I hang out a lot during the week, I even met his family. His older brother, Jerome Webster, was leaving for college after he visited. I also found out his mom, Ligaya Webster was Filipino. His identical quadruplets sisters, Tala, Jaslene, Chesa, and Amoret, were a carbon copy of their mom and they all had Filipino names and Alan's was Isko and I found out that his hair was naturally black but he dyed it auburn. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet their father, Anthony Webster.

I'm now at the Society but the place is quiet meaning everyone is at the meeting hall. Once I entered  the place became quiet . I took my seat  and we proceeded .

"We have spotted the drug lord's  activities  for a week now, they keep intensifying each day. There was a dealing in the high school two nights ago. After observations, the drug lord has become more powerful, he moved back here two weeks ago. Our insiders  in his group have heard  a rumour  of him handing down the title to his son and also dealing  with our Cuban branch." Of all the branches we have, the Cubans are the most notorious. They've defied many rules but, once we cut them off, they will be our enemies. What kills me is the fact that  Nathan was transferred to that branch, I've only hoped and prayed that he wouldn't join their rebellious acts.

 "We don't know his son's name neither do we know his face but, we will find him with his father's  name. I would want the best trackers to track him, this mission will be given to the best agents, they will go undercover, prevent dealings from happening. I want you to kill the next drug lord once you lay eyes on him, no excuses. Find Anthony Webster and his son an-

I was drinking  water  but I had to choke on it. All eyes looked my way even dad who was on the platform had to look at me.

"Agent Frenandez, is there something you  know something that we don't ?" Dad asked me. "Ye- I mean no, no I don't  know  anything ".  "OK, Jay what about  you?" I gave him a please -don't  say- anything - look. "His son is Alan Webster, he met Jasmine two weeks ago on our birthday at a club. They were dancing partners and he transferred  to  our school last week. He and Jasmine have been hanging out  after school." Jay recited.

When he was done everyone  was gawking  at me. I knew he couldn't  lie to dad since he was always bad at lying so I couldn't  blame him. "This just makes the work easier for us, Jasmine will be one of the assigned agents. The meeting is over until further notice. Jenifer, Jay and Jasmine, see me in my office." With that everyone went back to what they back to their jobs, those who weren't  on duty left.

"Jasmine, I am so sorry". Jay apologized. "It's okay I understand, I don't blame you. Dad is not an easy person to lie to." I smiled sadly at him. 

"Bachchee, kya vah vahee vyakati  hai jisake baare mein tumane mujhe bataaya tha? (Babygirl, is he the same person you told me about?)." Mom asked concerned. "Haan maan (yes mama)". I replied . We made our way into his office.

"Jasmine why?" was the first thing  I  heard when I  entered. "Why do you have to make this difficult  for  yourself? They must be killed ." "No they mustn't, Alan is innocent. Instead  of  killing his father, why don't  you arrest  him , jail him for life if you must. Just   imagine how his daughters  and wife will feel without  their father and husband."

"What do you mean daughters and wife? They died three years ago in a fire."  "What do you mean they died I've met them. They are alive and kicking. Daddy, please think about what  I said. I'll see you at home." And just like that I left the office.

Alan Webster P.O.V

My dad is a drug lord and wants  me to take over the business  by force. When I asked why Jerome couldn't take over, he told me that he was studying business and that's why he will take over the 'other businesses ', if you know what I mean. Father  has called me for a meeting with  him and his goons. All I pray and hope for, is that the S.F.S.A (SOCIETY FOR SECRET  AGENTS) will find out about his plan and know that I am innocent .

Even if I have only known Jasmine for just three weeks, I know that I have feelings for her. I was about to ask her on a date when father  called. Now I don't  know if I want her in this life. I will have to let her go, she's too innocent to be involved in this life.

After she left my house, my mother couldn't stop talking about her. My sisters  loved her especially  Jaslene  who couldn't  stop saying her name rhymed with 'Lanny's girlfriend'

How did you take the news? I really like Alan he's  nice for me even though  he's  been  in only a chapter. Also don't forget  I'm editing my chapters slowly. I've edited  some  and they have been published  so go read .
