Hope does everything she can to make the world a better place. Yet, when it comes to her own life, she fears change. Everything is so perfect now, the way it is. Growing up, she had nothing. When she was younger, she was given a second chance. The way things are now, everything she has--her parents, her home, her life-every bit of it-just seems so...perfect. But not everything is perfect. In fact, nothing ever really is. And some things never even come close.
Hope has what others don't
She was given something most people never get.
A second chance..
She has a warm heart.
The ability to see the good in most things.
And she uses her powers for good.
But some things never change.
Some people are impossible to turn around.
Take Zachary, for example. In and out of foster care, gives his parole officer a whole world of Hell, and does nothing but wreck havoc on society.
Looking at him, that's what most everyone sees. And Hope, she's sees someone not worth the second chances he's repeatedly given. He sees no good in the world whatsoever.
How can someone that blind ever be open to change? He's not exactly a cause she's willing to dedicate her time to...But she's given no choice in the matter.
He's saying with her family for the holidays...
Whether either of them like it or not.
