Due to darek's internal injuries that wouldn't heal how Rias hits him hard he had died the next morning. This made Rias gremory so distraughted he called kyogi for help.
He brought rias & her perrage onboard the super carrier. Kyogi asked about her pieces so she reincarnated him. To her suprised he outranked her as king.
His millennia of being a legendary space soldier has made him king piece plus darek has no goals or anything (unlike issei) like that all he wanted is to find closure & move on.
Now he found rias & she too wanted to turned on a new leaf while still hunting down strays & achieved her goal. Kyogi allows the devils to go sightseeing the ship while rias remained in the medical bay waiting for darek to wake up.
Serafall had to leave to do paperwork & ask sona to look after Kyogi. Kyuren on the other hand stays out of it.
Timeskip:
Darek slowly wakes up seeing a rias resting next to him she wakes up from them movment she hugged him tight burried her head on his neck.
Darek realizing he is a king piece. He returned the hug. He reminded so much like claire.
He hugged her so closely rias did the same she kissed his cheek.
Rias: don't be doing that again okay i don't care you outranked me
Darek: i'll do what you ask
Kyogi & Sirzechs where gonna check on them. They see they resolved it. Rias crawled on his lap proceed to make out with him.
Sirzechs: lets leave them alone mr. Kaiser
Kyogi: afterwards he's house arrest you sure your sister is okay with that?
Sirzechs: yes. Try & taking easy on him.
