and i'll admit that i sometimes, maybe, might think about you at night, well almost every night,
no matter how i try to hide and erase you from my mind. I'm dying to find a lookalike

betty continued watching the movie after saying those six words, she didn't really cared she said them at all but jughead did and he stopped for a moment and started thinking about the reply betty gave.

"no that's so sad" tears begin to fall onto betty's cheeks but was quickly interrupted by Jughead turning off the television to draw her attention and of course, it worked.

"what the hell?!" she threw only her right hand up worrying about the chips spilling from her frustration.

"you know you gotta stop, maybe you should go outside and make some friends..." betty wondered off and remembered the cold weather as she shivered through her hoodie "...even though it's raining cats and dogs" betty smiled a little and awaited for his response.

he didn't really think it through, his reply. all he thought was turning off the television and telling her off but he didn't really know what to say. he was left speechless and for that, he simply just stuttered and decided to steal the chips for an explanation of his interruption.

then he thought of some drama show and plagiarized some of the phrases to make a sentence. "i don't need more friends, i need more- food!" he nodded furiously in hope for betty to nod with him and get ice cream.

"o-okay then, i'll go get a blanket and some onion rings from yesterday" she spoke while standing up and going upstairs when the fridge was by her left.

"he's acting like a weirdo, amie and i don't know why!" betty whispered through the phone, trying to be quiet as possible to avoid jughead's suspicion.

believing amie would be on board with her frustration, she expected a gun that was pointed to jughead's head, telling him to start acting like a person. but what she got instead was a whole minute of her laughing. her gasps for air was making betty's eyes roll so hard-

when she stopped, she laughed again and again until she told her the last thing she would have on her mind before everything "yeah no" followed by a long beep.

she looks at the phone and shouts quietly "biotch!" she goes back down to discover jughead going back to netflix and is currently watching community.

her steps alerted jug and made him turn around to look at the source of the sound. he sees betty instead of some deranged serial killer, she sees his relieved expression when he looked at her. "are you okay?" she asked him

"i'm fine, i just thought you were here to kill me." he reassured betty but that only made betty even more confused  and scared "i lived in a bad neighborhood, that's all"

she sat on the couch, wanting to hug him just because... "well, this somehow become sad and i really don't know how to comfort you" she joked as she rest her head onto her hand placed on one of the pillows.

jug smiled and begun to laugh at her, she joined in as well.  it was one of the most happiest moments of her life.

as the rain stopped pouring and the sun begun to come up, the feeling of freezing cold vanishing and the whiff of the grass after the storm became obvious, the two laughed to their heart's content.

they never stopped until they were gasping for air and felt tears falling from their eyes. they smiled at each other before noticing the changed weather.

betty decided to open some windows to feel the heat of the sun but jug stopped her, grabbing ahold of her wrist. "what are you doing?" she questioned jughead.

he stood up and grabbed her by the waist which took betty in a surprise, his cold hands on her waist. then, they rested on each other's foreheads, wanting to stay in the moment forever.

betty decided to do the first move as she grabbed his face and touched her lips on his. he kissed back of course and betty let her hands travel to his neck.

jug pulls her in and the sun rays enlighten them, creating a spotlight of warmth. birds started chirping and butterflies flew across some gardens when they stopped, getting breathless. she smiled, stepping away from him as she took his hands from her waist.

Suddenly, a splash of water made his shirt soak when he awoke from his daydream and brought him back to reality. "wake up! one of the windows are stuck and i need you to help me" betty snickered, looking at his shirt.

"fine, just let me change, again!" he implied his frustration as he sat up and once again, went upstairs to get a new shirt that was not for women. "hey! the window, did you forget?" she shouted through the hallway while looking up, no response.

she sighed and plopped onto the couch, she whined until he came back with a shirt that's a bit revealing "wow that is a very tight shirt!" she gestured at it "i found it in the corner, it's my style but it's not really my size" he sat beside her and she rested her head onto his shoulder

it's not really been a month or two but his life changed when she walked through the bar doors. he became happier and warmer, he didn't know why though until now when his heart fluttered the moment she put her head on his shoulder.

he shook his head and uttered the word "no" a billion times, at that moment he knew, he somehow liked her.
