Studd Fenwick, seriously what a guy right? The founder of NGW had a lot of veterans like The Draven Brothers, Kaleb Townley, Kris Young, Vontavious Richards, and The Suttons. He was scouting new talent and once he saw Ace he saw money! See, Ace had this mega star feel to him. He could get the job done in the ring. Well built for someone of his age. Ace's ability in that ring could really propel him into stardom and he'll only get better for years to come.

November 17th, 2015
The now 21 year old was ahead of his time. Now a mainstay in NGW, he is preparing for his toughest war yet. A steel cage match wrapped around barbed wire (Studd called it Cage of Bruises)

10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOW:

Ace was getting ready in the men's locker room. He took a shower, got his yellow and black ring gear on, and headed out once his theme song played.

He came out as the crowd cheered him. The roar of the crowd lit a fire within the young Aussie. He made his way down to the ring, got inside of the steel cage, and took a deep breath. This was the biggest match in his NGW career because it was for the NGW World Heavyweight Championship. He was about to face the reigning champion Ling who has held it for a astounding 406 days. This was Ace's first time getting a shot at the prestigious championship. Once Ling made his way to the ring the fight was on as Ace ran at him with a Bicycle Knee Strike, trying to finish this match early. Once Ling was on the ground Ace grabbed both of Ling's arms and tried to deliver another knee strike but Ling moved his head out of the way, lifted Ace up on his shoulders, and did his signature Materia Oscura driver onto Ace's already injured neck because it was a botched landing. Ling tried to pin Ace but Ace kicked out at 2. Ling couldn't believe what just happened. Nobody has ever kicked out of that move until now.

50 MINUTES LATER
the match was still going and Ace was beaten and battered so was Ling. Both men were bloody but neither man gave up. The biggest prize in NGW was on the line. For Ace, this was everything, this was his passion. For Ling it was about the year of terror he reigned upon the whole NGW roster. Ace walked stiffly to Ling. After avoiding all the green mist that Ling tried to spit at him. Ace landed with a spinning backfist, lifted Ling on his shoulders and landed with the Ace Driver 94. He went for the pin. The referee counted to 3 and the crowd went nuts! Finally, after years of being screwed over he overcame the odds.

IN THE LOCKER ROOMS:
While Ace was celebrating with his friends Kaleb Townley and Rebecca Sutton (who was also his crush since high school)they all celebrated with a game of Mario Kart.
Kaleb:"dude, i can't believe you actually won the title before me."
Rebecca:"yeah that's amazing considering knucklenuts here has been DYING for a opportunity at the NGW championship." She rolled her eyes as Kaleb laughed.
Ace:"Well whoever said that you won't get a opportunity Kaleb? I mean i basically owe my entire career to you."
Kaleb:"You'd actually give me a title shot..?"
Ace nodded and Kaleb smiled. Kaleb has been in NGW since it's first show back in 2008. Of course, he's won all the title except for one and that's the NGW championship due to Studd Fenwick not believing he's cut out for the challenge.
Rebecca wins with Princess Peach as the boys grunted she did a victory dance.
Rebecca:"Gee Ace, you may have won that world championship but i took your ass to town! Who knows..maybe i'll kick your ass again."
She winked at him and he looked away so no one would be suspicious of him blushing. Kaleb looked at the time on his watch.
Kaleb:"ah well I'm going to let you lovebirds do 'lovely things'. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow!"
Kaleb grabbed his bags and waved his friends goodbye.
Kaleb:"wait Ace don't forget to make Studdball know about my match."
Ace:"don't think he appreciates you calling him 'Studdball' but I'll let him know mate."
Kaleb smiled and walked out.

15 MINUTES LATER
Ace and Rebecca were in Ace's house talking, joking with each other, and just talking about life..Ace then thought about that one time about how both of them were nerds back in high school. They really connected when Rebecca stood up for him in the hallway from the school's bully. They got close over the summer. He was there for her when her parents abandoned her. She was there when his father died of lung cancer. They continued joking with each other.

Rebecca:"So...have you found anyone to be your 'mate'?" She wiggled her eyebrows up and down elbowing his sides playfully.

Ace looked at her and began to speak.
Ace:"N-no i haven't..."

Rebecca looked at him and saw the embarrassment in his eyes and body. Rebecca:"Well.." she began Rebecca:"me and Nathan- i mean Nate aren't doing too well.." she hid the bruises from everyone. She hid the fact that her husband, Nate Sutton has been abusive towards her. She has already had two miscarriages due to him striking her whenever he was drunk or just out of blind rage. She noticed Ace looking up at her and she got rid of her thoughts about her neglecting husband. Ace cleared his throat and got up.
Ace:"well I'm not tired of your time..i am just a bit sleepy."
Rebecca:"Ali don't go.."
Ace cringed when he called him 'ALI' he HATED that nickname. He looked at her.
Ace:"i don't want to be a nuisance to yo-"
Rebecca:"Please Alex...let me stay with you..for the night..please"
Ace looked at her sighing as she gave me puppy dog eyes along with pouting. He gave in "ok i'll let you stay."
