NINETEEN: Gone

the skies are dark

filled with grey clouds

hovering above

she looks up at the sky

and oddly, she smiles

it was a dark and gloomy day

when you two met

a rough day then she had to endure

but like an angel in those fiction books

you were like one when you came

walking in that day

everything became brighter

and she found a ray of hope

you came and saved her then

even without you knowing

you saved her

from all the madness

but just like that day

it was like she's back to the start

she had to live everyday in pain

because now, you're gone

and you're never coming back

sitting in front of your grave

she looks down

as a tear rolls down her cheeks

the pain she feels within

was like no other

it was the deadliest kind of pain

she wipes her tears

and smiles sadly

she didn't even get to say

"i love you."
