*Flashback*

A year ago

The just-risen sun shone softly on the city streets, bringing with it a flurry of early-morning activity. It was 7.00 but Hayoon already when to school. She is the number 1 student who always come early. She always go to the dance studio in her school just to warm up her body. The dance studio usually empty but now its not.

She open the door only to see a boy dancing to Maroon 5 song. It was her favourite song called Memories. After the song end, the boy finally noticed Hayoon who lean her back against the wall. Hayoon claps her hand. The boy is from her classmate, Jo Kyungmin is his name.

"Sorry if I distract you"said Hayoon and went to the speaker and pick some random music to play.

"Its okay."

Kyungmin is ambivert and observe type of person. He doesn't judge people by their background, popularity or their past. That is why Hayoon feels comfortable around him. Hayoon met Kyungmin when she is freshmen in middle school. Kyungmin is her seatmate and eventually they become close.

"Btw your dance are pretty good"

"Ah, thank you"said Kyungmin while go to get a drink"What are you doing here?"

"I always come here. You can say its my routine"

"Can I see your dance?"

"Sure"Kyungmin seat at the floor looks like a fanboy.

"Woah, you are so cool!"Kyungmin make a squealing sound like a girl and clap his hand fastly."I thought you produce songs only"

"Nah, I can also make a breakdance choreo"

"Woah"Hayoon thought she saw sparkle in Kyungmin eyes because he feel so amazed by her talent.

"Btw I thought you dont like to dance. So what make you dance?"She went to sit beside Kyungmin while drink some water.

"Actually some staff from idol agency heard me sang Maroon 5 when I walk back home. But I refused since they give a suspicious vibe"

Actually she agree that Kyungmin has a potential to become an idol. But Hayoon also feels that Kyungmin is lack in his singing skill. She thought maybe IF Kyungmin practise harder maybe he can be an idol one day.

"So do you want try it?"she secretly hoping that Kyungmin want to become idol. If he isn't, his talent will go waste.

"Why? You want to recruit me as trainee"

"You sure can read my mind"she say while punch his shoulder lightly.

"Forget whatsoever in your mind. I dont want to join Bighit"he said.

"Reason?"

"The trainee is too talented. I cant relate with them, you know?"she kind of agree at that statement. When the company make a global audition, more than 1000 people sent application but only a few application get into Bighit after they do some test.

"Maybe I can recommend some company for you."

"Sounds great!"

"How about you apply to Belief LAB"

"Never hear about it before"

"It is a joint company under Bighit Ent and CJ E&M. They want to make a new global boy group in 2020"She explained all the detail to him. Actually she doesnt have anything to do with Belief LAB but since it is under Bighit, she doesnt have a choice to recruit a few people.

"I think about it. Later"Kyungmin and Hayoon go to their respective changing room to change their clothes. After that, they go to the classroom and discuss about the homework which their teacher gave yesterday.
