Chapter 16-The Obea Curse

Rhydian's POV

"So we only have two days to find her" i said, "I think that we should send some people like the humans should go back home" Rufus said, "It's up to them, if they stay or go" I said. "We need to have a plan to get back Aviana, so I could go to Seth's pack and asked for forgiveness and take Aviana and bring her pack" Alric said. "That might work" I said. We all agreed and tell everyone the plan tomorrow.

Aviana's POV

I was scared, cold and very hungry, I peeked though a little hole in the tent and saw Seth with a bag and he looked inside and said "Good hunt, well done". I knew that bag was full of meat. He pulled a hand full of raw animal flesh and walked closer to the tent, he walked inside the tent and saw me looking though the hole. He asked me "You were spying on me, weren't you", "Yes, yes I was" I told him. "Shouldn't of done that" he said. He threw the meat on the floor and wiped the blood on his trousers and he took a sliver object out of his pocket, it was a knife. I moved back from my position and he moved closer towards me. I couldn't move anymore. The knife got closer to my neck. I was breathing heavily and hard, the blade touched my neck like ice touching skin on a hot day. It felt cold. He said to me in his sinister voice "if you're dad doesn't come by Friday, you won't be able to reach your transformation". He grabbed my arm and slowly made a cut from my elbow to my wrist. I was screaming in pain, the blood dripped down my arm and on to ground. A woman came in and said "Seth, you know she's only a little girl, you're hurting her, stop talking your anger out on her, she hasn't done anything to you", "SHUT UP Lisa, the only reason you're still alive is because you're a healer" shouted Seth. He walked out of the tent. Lisa came closer to me and cleaned my wound and stitched up my cut. She left and I said "thank you".

Rhydian's POV

We all woke up and started to talk about saving Aviana. Alric was going to go back to Seth's pack and asked for forgiveness and get Aviana. Jana and Maddy were on look out for anything that goes wrong. Me, Ceri and Rufus was going to be an attack team, just in case anything goes 'pear-shaped'. Maddy's parents took Tom and Shannon home cause it was too dangerous for them. Alric travel to Seth's pack and then Maddy and Jana was hiding behind in a hollow tree.

Maddy's POV

Me and Jana was on the look out for any sort of trouble, then suddenly we could smell another Wolfblood, then Jana said "I could smell one more". They jumped out at up and me and Jana wolfed-out and started biting, clawing the other Wolfbloods. They wolfed-out shortly after we did and they bit my neck and threw me against the tree. My vision blurred but I saw Jana on the floor will a bloody lip,nose and forehead. I was Jana being carried away by the two Wolfbloods, I couldn't do anything for her, i saw too weak. I passed out afterwards.

Alric's POV

I saw Seth and ran up towards him and asked him to forgive me for my mistakes. "Alric, you have a lot of guts to come back and asked for forgiveness, usually anyone who betrays me gets killed. Since you're a strong Wolfblood I will let this one slide" he said. "So where is the girl" I asked. "She's in the tent, you can look after her if you want" he said. He ran off with some other Wolfbloods. I walked inside the tent and she was their, lying down asleep. I woke her up. "Aviana it's me Alric, I have come to rescue you" I said. "I can't run, I'm too weak" she cried. "I will carry you then" I said. I picked her up and took her out off the tent and ran back to the group. I could see Rufus and and his pack behind us. We hid behind the bushes.

Aviana's POV

Alric grabbed my shoulder and put his hand on his over my mouth. "Don't make a sound" he said, I nodded. I saw Seth with his knife and shouted "bring the girl back to me or your daughter will suffer the consequences". I saw the knife around a girl's neck, the girl was Jana. I knew Alric would do anything to save his daughter but he wouldn't give me up to save Jana I thought. He loosen his grip on my mouth and shoulder, he pushed me out of the bushes and said "Take this girl, now give me back my Jana". Seth said "Did you find any weakness in the girl or her father" "the girl is cursed with the Obea-Curse, if she gets sick on Friday during her transformation, she might die" i said. He threw Jana on the floor and she grabbed my hand and told me "Don't look at him, we will get out of this". I whispered "You will but I won't, don't worry about me, I'm dead anyway" Alric picked Jana up and ran off with her.

Stupid Alric, they were so close to getting back Aviana, sorry i was very late for updates, I have been looking after 4 kids under the age of 5 (W/ the help of my family). I am going not update any thing for a few days I have homework to catch up on and it's New Year's Eve tomorrow and I have to work at 8:00am (I hate it) and my cousins are coming back for a few days. So around another 3-4 days will not be updating sorry about that. My new book 'sliver tears' will hopefully on wattpad next week. Hope you all had a brilliant Christmas.
