Sophie's POV:
I felt really bad for the red-haired girl. Those jerks. Why did they have to pick on people so much?
I found them sitting far in the back of the cafeteria. They were talking.
I went over to them. "Hi!" The girl immediately hung her head and stared at her shoes, but the boy replied to my greeting with a nod since he was devouring a sandwich.
"So...why were those guys beating you up?" I asked the girl.
She didn't reply. The boy took a swig out of his water bottle
"Okay...well anyway...uh...hi! My name is Sophie Anne Star. Nice to meet you both." I smiled. I had forgotten to introduce myself earlier.
The boy spit out his water. "W...wha!?"
The girl handed him some napkins.
"Y...you're Sophie!?" He asked.
"Um...yes?" I repled. I was so confused.
"It's me! William! Ya know...CriticalIsError!" William cried.
I stared. "...NO WAY! I didn't think I would see you THIS soon in real life!"
The girl looked up for the first time, I smiled at her. "So you're his twin?"
"Um...sort of..." She whispered.
YAY! She talked! "It's so great to meet you both! And your name is?"
"E...Emily." She smiled a little. "It's nice to meet you too."
"So any idea why those boys were bullying you?" I asked.
"N...no they just always have..." Emily sighed.
"Jerks." Will muttered. "Did they bully you even back..." His eyes shifted to me and then back to Emily. "Uh...back at...home?"
"Yeah. I guess some things never change." She mumbled.
What does that mean? Do they follow her home just to beat her up? Poor girl. All of a sudden she started clutching her head and moaning.
"it's so great to meet you in real life!" Will smiled. "You look really pretty."
"Thanks! You don't look as bad as I thought you might." I joked. "You never can tell with online dating after all!"
He smiled, but his smile turned into a grimace and he too started clutching his head.
"Um...are you guys all right?" I asked. Emily smashed her head into the table, gaining the attention from half of the lunchroom. "AH! What did you do that for!" I cried, jumping up. "Are you okay!?"
Then as suddenly as it started, they stopped moaning and sat motionless.
"Oh my gosh you guys!" I cried. Were they pranking me or something!?
Will blinked and rubbed his eyes. "Ow...that hurt."
Emily peered over her arm at him. "Y...ya think?" She gasped.
"Do you guys share pain or something?" I attempted to make them smile. What had just happened?
"I hope not!" Will smirked and took another bite of his sandwich.
"Well what just happened?" I asked
"Nothing." Will replied quickly.
I looked him dead in the eye. "Will. If I'm your girlfriend you need to tell me! I'm worried about you!"
He sighed. "Alright ready for something crazy?"
"Just tell me! I'll believe you!" I waved my arms.
