DESCEND , is Crescendo's first studio/full album. It was released both digitally and physically on December 1st, 2018 under Melon Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. The album has 2 designs, Falling Love (wish's design) and Shooting Love (shooting love's design). The album contains 12 tracks and 3 instrumentals, including the 2 title tracks, Wish and Shooting Love (푱푱), as well as the special track, Cause You're My Star.

The album's goal was to show netizens and fans both sides from their previous tracks: Wish had a very elegant and innocent theme similar to Allegro Cantabile, and Shooting Love had the upbeat, fun, and sporty theme that Navillera had. It was a successful method, as they managed to bring back fans who liked Allegro Cantabile but not Navillera, as well as stabilize fans who liked Navillera but not Allegro Cantabile, plus cater to fans who enjoy both sides of Crescendo.

On the same day of release they held a showcase broadcasted on Mnet and VLIVE to show off the new tracks, play games, as well as do some fun covers. On December 2nd, they began promotions starting with Inkigayo. They promoted their title tracks Wish and Shooting Love, as well as having a few stages for 3 strike out and Boom Pow Love. They promoted for 7 weeks and got 5 wins for Wish and 7 wins for Shooting Love.
