3 : What Can I Do For You?

It's been a week now since Mike first day working on the resort. He can't believe that he get to work under P'Tap, that means the get to look at him 24hrs!
but ever since that day..He rarely see him,  feels like P'Tap stay away from him.

Yes,  Mike did had a love at first sight with P'Tap it was all because of Tap humble personality,  friendly character, and his sweet smile, that gets him.

He saw P'Tap from a far,  he want to greet him but.. He saw P'Tap with somebody else, he saw the way Tap's smiling and treating people.

"What am I thinking about,  he's a friendly,  social guy of course he would treat everyone the same. What am I hoping for? "
Mike then went to the kitchen and start his work.

Mike was working hard and fast,  Tap was secretly watching him from far.

" that new young chef,  he's so cool.. When he cooked.. So manly! " his secretary was there watching P'Tap peeking Mike.

" what the... What are you doing here? " Tap's  whispering.

" I try to find you.. I Thought you're busy but I guess you just need some refreshments for your eyes.. " the Secretary teasing him.

" shhhh! I'm a human too you know. "

The Secretary chuckles as she saw P'Tap still peeking for Mike.

Mike look around,  here and there he didn't saw P'Tap ever since the morning,  not even his shadow.  Suddenly,  Mike feel a chills behind his back thru the spine.

" What's wrong chef ?  Too Cold? " the sous chef asked him.

" no i just felt that like.. Someone's watching me. Urghh"

"oh don't mind it.. "

" I try too..you didn't hire me because this resort were haunted right?? "

" P'Tap is the one who hired you.. And nope this resort is not haunted "

It was in the middle of the night,  the shows was over,  all tourist were in their room resting from a long day of activities. The chefs are all going back to their home except for Mike. He stayed and try to cook something new.

P'Tap was on his way to the kitchen, he usually comes there to grab some food,  he was a busy man afterall.. Sometimes he would skip a meal,  or forgot to eat the whole day. He take his spare keys but then he saw the kitchen light was on and the door was unlock.

"They maybe forgot again. "

Tap saw someone there..

" hey Mike!  What are you doing? "

" P'Tap.. I was just.. Trying to make a new dish.. Would you like to taste? "

" yea sure,  I was starving anyway. "

" here,  try it. " Mike feed him,  Tap was blushing.

" it's good as you always did. "

" really?  Well I'm glad you said that,  I name this dish after you then."

"why would you do that? "

" because I like you. " Mike didn't realise what he was saying till P'Tap staring at him.

" o-oh.. You know what i mean... I like you as my boss.. "

" i get that alot,  but.. It's different when you say it... Everything about you is different. "

" for example? "

" well,  first of all.. You put some casual clothes on the day of the interview, while the others I met were in nice clothes, you really are comfortable in the kitchen, when you cooked I saw your eyes and your spirit changed,  you really are passionate on what you like to do. When you're drunk.. You will spill out the truth."
