Emma let out a chuckle and shook her head lightly. "It's morning, and we decided that clothes were useless, but now we're naked and...cold, with no clothes." She muttered as she looked back at Regina who pouted out her lower lip.
"What a fucking conundrum..." She muttered and raised a brow, in search of a solution.

Emma grinned when she heard the mayor curse, she was so not used to it. She looked around the room and sighed heavily, slowly getting up. Regina smirked, watching the ass she usually needed to admire in tight jeans and tilted her head, slowly sitting up. "I like the view." She muttered and watched the blonde turn to her with a playful scowl.
Emma grabbed the jacket on her desk before moving to the sells where Regina left her over coat and gown. She grabbed that as well, careful not to let it touch the water that had rose to just above her ankles. She handed the robe and overcoat to Regina, which the mayor quickly slipped into, just as there was movement in front of the door. She bit her lip and looked at Emma with a small grin, shaking her head.
"Let's see if our magic works, maybe the storm was the cause of the complete outage?" Regina offered and slowly held her palm out, sighing in relief when a small fireball was created in her palm. She flicked her wrist, both women being dressed in their previous attire, but none being as wet as before. The mayor grinned and flicked her wrist once more, landing outside, behind Charming who was clearly concentrated on moving a tree from the door.
"Need a hand, dad?"
"Yes, that would be-" David stopped when he saw his daughter and the mayor outside of the station and rolled his eyes. "Why ask me to get you out if you have magic?" He questioned, watching both women with a brow raised.
"Our magic didn't work, the storm must have messed with it." Regina was the first to reply as she clasped her hands in front of her, looking out at her town. She sighed heavily as she watched a moron pirate jog his way up to the three people. "Emma, seems your pirate is in need of a hand." She muttered, a closed off expression on her face but a small smirk tugging at her lips at the little pun.
Emma sighed heavily and rolled her eyes at Regina, before turning around to be met by a very drunk Killian. "Aye, love, you never came home this morning. I was worried sick." The man slurred as he brought Emma into a hug and a sloppy kiss that left both David and Regina to turn away in disgust. The mayor took a deep breath and walked to David, completely ignoring the couple.
"Let me help." She told the man with a soft smile and David nodded as he pulled at the tree stump once more. Regina used magic and helped the man lift the tree away from the station, both sighing in relief as it was tossed to the side. "There, it seems my work here is done." She muttered with a smile and walked over to Emma, only to see her laughing with the one handed wonder, like she wasn't just moments ago naked with her.
Regina cleared her throat and gave the blonde a reserved smile. "I expect everything will be in top shape when I come down for the papers you owe me?" She questioned and Emma watched her with a frown, silently asking what was going on.
"Hold on, Killian, I gotta talk to Regina, work stuff." She muttered as she pulled the brunette to the side. "Uh listen Regina, about-" She was cut off by Regina raising a hand.
"Please, Miss Swan, like you said. It was a bit of fun, now it's over and you can go back to your...pirate. Enjoy your day, Emma." The mayor said, a guarded tone in her voice. Before Emma could say a thing, the woman was gone in a puff of purple smoke. Leaving the sheriff to growl lowly, she hated how fast Regina was to put her walls up. She hated that the woman never listened to any explanations.
