Chapter Six

MATA soon made their way to the deep forest were the numeroz was located. They heard rattling behind he bushes and prepared their weapons,ready for anything. Only for a small woodland creatures to come out. "Oh,its just a rabbit" Iman said as the small creature hopped about only for Alicia to notice something was off. It was quiet. Too quiet.

Alicia was about to warn them when an unknown object knocked them out and the only thing she remembered before passing out,was a green hoodie.

Before this happened,the numerous was still plotting their plans.

"Is everything ready?"
"Yes uno,we're ready to proceed" cinco said as uno smiled behind his mask. "Good" he said before walking away.

The inviso passed by the rogue tekno agent and stopped him to say something. "Ali,MATA will send agents to attack base,so I want you to knock them out and bring them here. Dead,or alive"

Ali nodded in response before they continued their seperate ways.

The agents were awaken by a scream of pain. And Alicia knew that scream "agent Zain?!" She said as she held the bars of the cell,seeing her mentor,injured. He looked at her with a smile,pretending everything is ok. "Where are we? And what did they do to you?!" She said,shaking the bars more violently. But the neuro remained silent. Rememberjng what his old friend said.

"You know im only using that boy. And i know thay you will have the chance to tell him the truth" Djin looked at Zain who had an angry face. But behind that,was fear. Fear of what he'd do to him.
"Tell him,or anyone,the truth,or perish. Your pick"

Zain thought about it,and decided to agree.

He looked at Alicia and sighed. "I can't tell you"
"Whay do you mean you can't-"

A boy in a green hoodie walked towards her cell. And now that he's up close,Alicia recognized the boy as the boy that ran away.

"A-Ali?" She muttered in disbelief
"Yup," - he walked towards the cell - "the innocent,and loyal agent,betraying MATA once more" he smirked as tears built up in Alicia's eyes.
"How could you!" She yelled,as tears fell down her face.

Iman,Khai and Rudy were awakem by her yelling and also stared in disbelief.

"How could I? You didn't need me. So,I found someone that does"
"By joining the enemy?"Rudy joined in.
"I'm afraid so,hedgehog"

Rudy was albeit,pissed,and charged at the boy. Only to be stopped by Iman and Khai.

"Ali,please. There's a better way!" Iman said in hopes that she can get trough him.
"Tell me"
"We can help you improve. Like what we should've done in the beggining!"

Ali thought of it and was about to answer when dos entered the room.

"Uno summons you Quatro" she said as she waited for the boy to walk with her.

They were in disbelief once more.

"He really is a part of the numeroz now..."Khai said,saddened that his friend has turned into the enemy.

Alicia only looked at the last place Ali was in. Not moving a muscle,with only one thing in her mind. "Im sorry Ali,please come back"
