Cora was hanging out with her friends while Kai was preparing food for a date he was planning. While Kai was preparing the food he got an phone call from his friends. Demia a childhood friend of him asked him if Kai could help him with some stuff. Kai didn't really want to go because he is preparing stuff for the date.
He planned that as Cora came home Kai walked up to her with a suit, A basket and holding a Bouquet of all beautiful flowers. Then they would walk together to the magical forest and walk through it. Kai puts quickly the prepared food in a decorated Basket. Leaving a writen note behind for Cora. Note says:
Dear Cora,
While you are reading this I'm out helping a friend I couldn't be here with you, I wanted to ask You if you could meet me around 7 pm near the forest enteree could you bring this basket too. don't peek inside It's a surprise <3~. I think I'll be there in time. Can't wait to see you ^^.

Then he started running to his closet grabbing a suit and runs to his friend in help. A couple of hours later Cora came home with a smiling face. As she hung up her coat she sees the decorated basket with the card. She walked up to the card opens the card and reads it. she was a bit confused and looked at the clock it was 5 pm. She decide to take a bath and change into something cute. After a while digging in the closet she found something cute and elegant. Putting it on snd looking at the clock it was then 6.30 pm. She started doing her make-up. Taking the basket with her she started walking to the place.
Kai was helping his friend. He looked at the clock it was 6.45 pm. Kai quickly told Demia that he needs to go now. Quickly grabbing his suit putting it on and started running through streets. Across the road was a flowerstore. He quickly bought a beautifull bouquet with different flowers. He started running even faster.
As he saw Cora waiting there looking down at her phone he slowly started to catch his breath again. "Hey" He said walking up to her. She looked from her phone at him. He smiled at her and handed her the bouquet and takes the basket. "Sorry for making you wait babe." He appolagized. Cora shooked her head "No it's fine I was actually enjoying it but hey." ;-;. They began walking together the forest in. It was dim. They walked to a place near a tree from it was hanging lanters to lighten the place a little bit near by was the beautifull river glowing in the night.

Cora looked around with twinkles in her eyes. He looked at her with a sweet smile on his face leading her the way. Once they were there kai pulled out a blanket coverd in little hearts and puts it down on the grass and placed the basket on the blanked. They both sat down on the blanket. Core said with a amazed look on her face. "Were you planning this on your own?" Kai chuckled. "I sure was babe, But this isn't what I really wanted to show you." Cora looked with a confused look on her face at him. He smiled at her. Cora was trying to figure out what he wants to show her. Then Kai turn the lanters down and the reflected glowing moon on the water was being faded away by the dark clouds above the night sky.
It was now pitch black all you could hear was crickets chirping. Cora was a bit worried. "w...what are you doing babe?" Cora asked hearing Kai moving a bit closer to her wrapping his arm around her waist as he whispered. "Sssh just wait you'll see." After a few seconds later small little glowing particals starts to appear. And then after a moment there were dozens of them. Fireflies were flying all over the dark place that isn't dark anymore. The dark night was been lit up by the beautifull fireflies. "Woah.. this is so amazing" Cora said with a gasp. Her face was lit up with excitement. Kai smiles at her and was glad to hear that she likes it. Kai lit the lanters again.
Kai pulled out some food he made and placed it on the blanket. They sat there eating and enjoying there surrounding. They finished eating and Kai hold a little box with a ring in it. (not a marrige ring) "Cora?... I wanted to ask you something." Kai said a little nervously. Whe is he nervous he knows that Cora loves him too... right? "mhm?" Cora looked at his way. Cora noticed that he was hiding something behind his back but couldn't see what it was. Kai pulled out his other hand and hold Cora's hand with the box between there hands. " Babe I wanted to ask you this... actually for a really long time and um..." Dammit he tought He knows that she loves her they have been on mutliple dates before so it's not that hard right? "Dammit I'll just spill it out. Cora I love you and do you want to be my girlfriend?..." After a few seconds looking at each other Kai looked away with a face full of blush. "... please say something babe"Kai mumbled. Cora started lauging "Ofcoure I want to." she smiled and pecks Kai's red cheeks.
Kai slides the ring on her finger and then on his own. They both smiled at each other. Later that night they walked home together when they were back they'l just lay down in bed cuddling and watching some Netflix together till they fall asleep.
