Choice of life

At some point were given a choice
Show the pain, or falsely rejoice
A choice that is harder as you rest
And reguardless of feelings you know whats best

A choice that ends in stress or Sadness
A choice that can be the drive to madness
In a world where we have little time
I put all my feelings in the form of rhyme

This is the way i hide and i show
Whats the true meaning only i know
We all must choose whats best for us
Whats best shouldnt always be discussed

For when the choice is finally made
What you do is final the toll is paid
Grief and Depression are close yet so far
Far from what their meanings are

I've made up my mind and its simple and plain
Its amazing how ill never truely feel the same
But given my options id take it again
Whats more important no stress or a date?

Its no stress, and i will not debate
Id rather see her happy than stressed i must say
So when you must act like your happy its fine
Happy or not its for them, keep in mind

Just a poem to express how i feel
I just want to say its not a big deal
Hard it may be but its best this way
If it ensures her world wont be Gray

Happyness is a thing that comes and goes
Its not eternal and it dies as it grows
I had a choice and i did whats best
I thought about her and put feelings to rest

If love means stress than why love at all
If i force her to balance than im only a wall
One that goes higher and harder to climb
One that causes my feelings to rhyme

Now with my feelings i found the resolve
Stress will be found if i stay involved
I love her too much to cause such pain
So what i must do is hard i once again

I must let her go, and cut the ties
For if i dont i want only to die
She wont want me to be this sad
So what i must do can make one mad

Cutting the ties is harder than hell
Ill soon be crying so with this i tell
Im sorry to all, who i have upset
Im happy for all the friends i have met
