{A/N: Yes it is.}
Dean and Cas were making cookies.
And it was not going well.
First, there was the little issue of finding a recipe, which took at least a hour.
Then, they had to get the ingredients. It took them another thirty minutes just to hunt down the flour, which was buried underneath massive piles of crap in the cupboards. The two boys found the rest of the stuff fairly quickly, which was a relief to Dean, who wanted nothing more than to have this whole debacle over with. But he loved Cas, so he sucked it up and dealt with it.
Finally, they got to making the cookie dough.
It took them five tries before the dough was anywhere near what they recipe said it should look like. Then, Cas discovered the wonder that is uncooked cookies.
"Dammit Cas! You need to stop eating that!"
It was the third time Dean caught his angel sneaking cookie dough. At the rate he was going, they wouldn't have any left to bake, and Dean was not in the mood to make more.
"Why, Dean?" Cas tilted his head to the side in confusion.
"Because if you keep eating it then we won't have any left for cookies." Dean said as he tried to pry the bowl from Castiel's hands.
"Why can we not simply make more cookie dough?" The angel asked.
"Oh no. No more baking. Besides, this stuff isn't good for you. So NO MORE."
With a flourish the hunter lifted the bowl from Cas' grasp and set it on the table.
"Why do you like this stuff so much anyway?" It wasn't quite understandable to Dean how raw flour, eggs, butter, and sugar beaten together was so appealing. It just sounded like mush to him. Looked like it too.
"Because it is delicious, Dean." Cas, on the other hand, didn't understand how the hunter could not grasp the divinity of raw cookie dough.
"Cas, it's a bunch of raw stuff mashed together in a bowl. Doesn't sound too appealing."
"If you would just try it, Dean, you may understand."
"Nope. Not gonna try it."
Please, Dean?"
"No."
"Pleeeaaaseeeee?"
Dean heaved a sigh. "Alright, fine. I'll try some damn cookie dough."
Dean reached over into the bowl and scooped up a finger full of the mush, popping it into his mouth. His eyes widened.
"Damn, Cas! That's delicious!"
Castiel grinned and moved closer to Dean. "I knew you would like it!"
Dean smiled back, and leaned forward to peck his angel on the lips. Cas looked stunned.
"What was that for, Dean?"
"For being so dang adorable. And for introducing me to cookie dough."
They both smiled at each other, and set to work devouring the delicious mixture of raw mush.
{A/N: Ahh, cookie dough. Heaven on earth.}
