Chapter 5

Cindy on the side 

“So who would like to start? Oh, and also to keep the peace. Please everyone rasie your hands if you have a question.” As soon as those words leave Jessica’s lips everyone’s hand raises. Jessica looks at me expectantly.

“Choose who you want to answer first.” she tells me. I point to the lady manger “How is your carrer going right now?” I should’ve picked on someone else. “Well” I say

“It’s going wonderful. I have a plan for the next few months and my songs are selling. So there’s nothing to be worried about.” I answer right after I say my last word I smile. She smile almost as if she’s satified with my answer. “Okay,who is next?” Jessica asks.

More hands go up and I pick the man manager. “Are you planning on colaborating,and if so who with next?” he asks. Well someone likes to get into my life. “Yes,I do plan on singing with someone else.

My next song is actually a duet, but i’m still looking for a male part. So far I am going to be feautred in Ed Sheran’s new song Drunk. I’m very excited for the realse of that.” I finish.

He looks at me for a while and mutters something I can’t understand. “Next person” Jessica says. Now only the boys’ hands are raised. “Um, you.” I say pointing to the guy who I think is Nash,i’m not postive. “Are you her boyfriend, and if not do you have a boyfriend?”

That question was directed towards me and Drew. Drew laughs at Nash’s question and says “No,i’m gay.”

After hearing this Nash’s face turns a little red. Then he looks at me. “Um, I don’t really feel comfortable answering that question.” I say.

I can see Nash isn’t satisfyed with my answer but he doesn’t say anything. “Who’s next?” After Nash’s question only 4 of the boys’ hands are raised. I guess he asked what the other boys wanted to. I point to Shawn and he asks his question

“Would you ever consider doing a song collab with me?” I smile. “Of course I would. I think your a very good singer and I would be delighted to sing with you.” I say

I honestly would love to collab with Shawn. There are two more hands raised and I pick on Taylor. “Why won’t you answer Nash’s question?”

 I give him an annoyed look. “I didn’t answer Nash’s question because I don’t feel comfotable." I say with a little bit of additude.

“Why aren’t you comfotable,it’s just if you have a boyfriend or not.” he says. Martin steps in and says “If Logan doesn’t feel comfortable answering a question then she doesn't have to answer it. End of conversation.” The he turns to me saying

“Logan you don’t have to answer any more qusetions about your realtionship status.” I give Martin a small smile and look over to Taylor.

He looks pretty mad. “Anyways, does anyone have anymore questions for any of us?” Jessica asks. One hand raises. I think it’s Cameron. “Yeah,Cameron?” I say.

He smiles a little since I remebered his name and asks “Has your age affected howpeople treat you in the industry?”

“Well, I won’t sugar coat it. Yes,so much. I have gotten so much critsiam over my age. People underestimate me becasue of how yound I am. They think that I haven’t had enough expiernces to do certain things. Actually my age is what made a lot of managments turn me down. Luckily I found one that ecepts me and is pro “Team Logan”.” I say.

I look over to Cindy and she’s trying hard not to smile, Jessica is doing the same. Jessica starts to talk again

“Well,now that we’ve gotten the questions out of the way lets talk bisnuess.” Carter raises his hand. The lady manage calls on him

“Yes Carter.” “Yeah,um, do we have to be here.” he asks. She rubs her temples and mutter a yes. While the adults are talking bisnuess I zone out.

While I zone out I don’t notice that i’ve been staing at Taylor. When I doone back in he smiles,kind of like he’s taunting me.

Throughout the rest of meeting I learned that the man manger is named Bart and the woman is Elizabeth. I also learned that I will be staying with them for a full month.

Throughout the meeting I keep on thinking about Nash’s question.

The reason I didn’t want to answer it was beacause my realtionship stauts is basically complicated. You see I kind of have a thing going on with Justin Bieber.

We made a song together about 6 moths ago called You Make Me Feel. While we were recording we learned we have a lot in common. Through the week we started to get closer and closer.

We even kissed,well more like made out. Then the talk about age diffrence came up. That’s one reason we won’t tell people about us.

Another reason is that once Martin walked in on us about to kiss and freaked out. I mean he started to scream at Justin.

Even though we don’t want to get the public involved he still does cute things for me sometimes. Like when i’m just about to forget about him he does something sweet like sends me flowers, or buys me chocolate and sends it to my room.

The diverary man just thinks he’s an obsesed fan. Justin keeps his identity hidden by using a code name. His code name is Edward and only Drew knows that it’s Justin who sends me the presants.

Drew sometimes almost slips up and might tell his mom but he has never. I trust him enough and I don’t think that he would ever do that me. I trust him enough.

That’s why I didn’t want to answer Nash’s question.

We are about to be dismissed from the meeting when Jessica says something that even I wasn’t expecting.
