Anyway, I'm not the greatest at drawings. I can barely...
Yeah. I made another fanart for carelesscreativity xD and it's not gonna be the last.
Look o^o it's not my fault if I love doing fanart for them ! I'm inspired by their stuff !
Anyway, today's fanart is for their book named Showtime. It's a pretty dark story about Cross' life after leaving his home to go in a circus because he didn't feel safe with his dad.

So, their was many, many interesting ideas which I wanted to do/will do later (I gave up on the Dustberry one because I was struggling to draw a forest xD)
Anyway, the first idea I decided to do was, like I previously said, from the chapter named "A Pale Dove" !
The context is: there were noises that could be heard coming from the room that was normally for Asy, but then Nightmare saw that he was outside and didn't know what was going on.
And Asy being the sweet bean that he was tried to distract him since he knew that an angry goop boi was bad news.
I also chosed this idea because Asy is one of my favorite less known character uwu he's a sweet crazy bean.
Anyway, here's what I did !

To carelesscreativity: I'm not sure that all the colors are right, but I hope it's close to what you imagined ;w;
This took me 30 minutes for the sketch and the line art and maybe around 3 hours for the colors and details. (Particularly because of the gold and the background which took me an hour for each-)
