Her chest was heaving with sobs, her eyes very much swollen when she heard the loud noises behind the door that was trapping her in the lightless room. Her heart skipped a beat, her mind raced to the thought that someone had finally arrived to put her out of her misery. She tensed for a moment when a loud bang came from the thin metallic doors. It sounded as if someone got thrown to the door, hitting the door hard. Maybe there was even a body mark on the door - if only she could see in the darkness. Her breathing stopped her a moment, not sure if she should be glad or terrified if the door opened in the next few seconds. 5 rapid breaths later, the door opened a crack, the light from outside blaring so bright into her eyes that it blinded her. She shielded her vision with her dirty arm and that was when she heard the already familiar voice.

"Arya," he breathed - not out of breath, but a huge sigh of relief.

The heavy smell of the river plunged into his nose as he got closer. How he knew where they hid her? Of that he wasn't sure, but if he were to bring back one of their forsaken, he would aim to lure him to the one place he knew could refresh his memory of their work; of their burning vows and deep ties.

The place of one's first kill.

So there he was; outside a warehouse near a port. He remembered the night of his first kill all too well, but chose not to dwell on it seeing as he had a more important mission. Anger was ranging inside of him though he didn't show it. While he was outraged at them for even touching Arya, he was more crossed at himself for including her in his damned life in the first place. Fist clenched, he entered the warehouse from its main entrance, knowing full well that his people were scattered around the warehouse awaiting his return, both in and out, but they knew not to touch him. They weren't foolish enough to start a fight that they wouldn't win and to that he smirked. Elijah pushed the metallic door, making a loud creaking noise in the quiet night. In the centre of the room, four men sat around a small square table that was illuminated by a long ceiling lamp that was hung a little too low than usual, cards and cigars in their hand as they laughed loudly.

"So nice of you to join us Elijah," one of them - Theo, a tall and muscular, dark haired man in his late 30s - looked up from his set of cards and smirked, revealing his one golden tooth.

Elijah couldn't help but snickered.

"You bastards couldn't find a better place?" he asked as he opened his arms, indicating the warehouse.

Theo merely shrugged.

"Its a simple thing, you see Elijah," he started after he stabbed his cigar on the table, put another card on the table and folded the rest before standing up and looked ahead at Elijah. "What better place is there than this?" his hands indicated the smelly place. "The Boss wants you to come back. It's as simple as that," he said simply.

"And when I refuse to do so, he will kill her. That's why he took her in?" Elijah chuckled softly as he looked down at his boots then back at the gold toothed bastard. The three continued their little card game, not bothered by the event.

Theo shrugged his shoulder as if to say that that was the whole point of this and dragging Arya into this matter.

Elijah couldn't help but shook his head as a quiet chuckle escaped from him.

"Just let her go, Theo," Elijah tried once. He wouldn't want to waste his time knocking out these bastards. If they were in their right mind, they would just let her go and spare the lives of their men.

Theo sighed heavily, as if he actually was regretting that they have to do this, but he knew too well that he was actually anticipating the bloodbath.

Before he even turned, he could hear the steps of one of them behind him. The guy wasn't being as quiet as he thought he was. He smirked before turning around quickly and avoided his punch. He straighten up and delivered a hard jab against his jaw, breaking it before he kicked him out of the way and another one came on him. This time Elijah managed to punch him first and knocked him off his feet. He then took his brass knuckles out of his jacket pocket, putting it on while pulling it out.

Then everything was a blur.
