Chapter 18: Sports Festival pt. 2

"Our school's selling point is freedom! As long as you stay in the course, it doesn't matter what you do!" Midnight says, "Anything huh?" I smirk, "Now, take your places everyone."

I get into position, "The first obstacle is the tunnel, it's too narrow.. and Todoroki is probably going to freeze everyone so all I have to do is make Hito and I float." "Alright, here's the play-by-play! Are you ready to the commentary, Mummy Man?" Aizawa sighs, "You're the one who forced me to come." I hear Present Mic's voice ring through the tunnel, "Let's get started right away, Mummy Man!"

I quickly make Hitoshi and myself float, "Alright, you're on your own for now-" he smiles at me, "Ok see you in the next round!" "What should we pay attention to in the early stages?" Present Mic asks, "This part right now." Aizawa responds, I run on the wall avoiding the ice Todoroki had created to freeze everyone, once I get out of the tunnel I smile, I make sure Hito is out before I release us, "Release!!" I start to fall to the ground but shoot stardust out of my hands, changing my trajectory mid fall and landing on my feet. I continue running, "Wow! Did you see that awesome trick Hoshi did there folks?" Aizawa responds, "Hoshi Shinso is a very intelligent girl, she's good with math and mechanics, she knew the exact propulsion and angle she needed to change her velocity mid fall."

"Heyo Todoroki! The ice trick didn't work for the majority of the class, it was too predictable. But I'm guessing it was for the other classes right?" He looks at me not saying anything, but increasing his speed until he skids to a stop. "Targets found. Lots." I smirk, "Oh! Hey guys, ready to be decimated again?" I quickly power up One for All, "LEO LEAP 20%!!" I yell, taking off with great speed and landing on the first bot's head. I leap from bot to not as Todoroki freezes them off balance, "Wow! Are you seeing this? Hoshi is destroying the robots effortlessly, and Todoroki freezes them with ease! Amazing they're the first ones through!"

I stop at the edge of a cliff, there are ropes connecting these platforms, "Hey, hey! the first barrier was a piece of cake? Then what about the second? If you fall, you're out! If you don't want to fall, crawl! It's 'The Fall'" I look down, readying my self for flight, "Oh wait-- I need my back open." I take off my cropped jacket and tie it around my waist, "What's this? Is Hoshi going full fanservice mode?!" I smirk, "Alright stars, I could use a little help here." I take a deep breath focusing my energy as star dotted galaxy dust wings sprout from my back. They look like angel wings but they are completely made up of stray star matter, constellations, and stardust. "Ethereal wings, let's take to the sky!" I leap into the air and gracefully, glide over the chasm.

"This is epitome of grace and elegance ladies and gentlemen! An angel from the stars!" Aizawa comments on this, "Yes, I have seen her use this trick before, however they were smaller. She has definitely improved her stamina, otherwise she wouldn't be able to keep up this form for this long."  I smile to myself as I land carefully on the ground. I dissipate my wings and begin to run again.

Todoroki quickly catches up to me, "How the hell did you do that?" He asks, glaring into my soul, I sigh, "I have complete control over stars, star matter, star dust, constellations, and galaxy dust." He growls, "I know that. I'm talking about destroying the 0pts from the first obstacle." I increase my spead, "TAURUS TAKE OFF!!" my veins seem to glow a pinkish color and this purple electricity type thing surrounds my body. I quickly stop, "Really?! A mine field? This will be a piece of cake." I wait a minute as I feel the sweat drop down my face, mixed with blood.

"And now we've quickly arrived at the final barrier! The reality here is... That it's a minefield! It's set up so you can see where the mines are if you look carefully! So you have to exploit your eyes and legs! By the way, these landmines are for games, so they're not that powerful, but they're loud and flashy enough to make you wet your pants!" Aizawa corrects him, "That depends on the person."
