Chapter 9: The Sports Festival (Part Two)

I WILL NOT include the semi finals or the finals. Why? I'm too lazy. Enjoy😁😁! (I will include the results though.)

*Izuku P.O.V*

Midnight was explaining the Tournament rules. When she was finished the TV screen that we were looking at changed to a screen that had the match-ups. 

Tournament Match-Ups

Izuku Midoriya vs. Hitoshi Shinsou

Shoto Todoroki vs. Hanta Sero

Denki Kaminari vs. Ibara Shiozaki

Tenya Iida vs. Mei Hatsume

Yuga Aoyama vs. Mina Ashido

Fumikage Tokoyami vs. Momo Yaoyorozu

Eijiro Kirishima vs. Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu

Katsuki Bakugo vs. Ochako Uraraka

Mashirao Ojiro vs. Naruto Uzumaki

Minoru Mineta vs. Sasuke Uchiha

I was surprised to see I was going first. I looked around to see if I could find this 'Hitoshi Shinsou'. I couldn't find him so I went to the waiting room while Cementoss was getting the battlefield ready. I was trying to remember anything that could give a clue about Shinsou's  quirk. I then remembered something Ojiro told me.

~Flashback~

"Midoriya." I turned around to see Ojiro. "Oh, hi Ojiro. Do you need something?" I asked. "About Shinsou's quirk. I don't exactly know what it is, but after I was chose to be on Shinsou's team for the Cavalry Battle I can't remember anything. I could remember everything after that round when someone bumped into my shoulder." Ojiro explained. I found this very helpful. "So, maybe some kind of shock would snap you out of his quirk?" I said. "Maybe. Anyway, good luck on your match." Ojiro then left. 

~Flashback Over~

'Ok, Izuku, you can do this.' I thought to myself. "BEGIN!!" Present Mic responded. "Present Mic sure is loud, isn't he?" Shinsou said. "Well--" I was cut off by something in my head making me lose control over everything. 'What's going on? Is this his quirk?' I thought questioning myself. "Walk out of bounds." I heard Shinsou say. Right after he said that I started walking towards the out of bounds area. Soon enough I saw 8 black silhouettes. They were whispering something that I couldn't hear. My foot was 3 inches from stepping out-of-bounds, my fingers got a power surge and released some massive air pressure by itself. I reeled my leg back and turned around. I saw a shocked Shinsou. "What? How?" he asked. I then ran up to him and punched him in the face with enough power to place his head out of bounds. "Sorry, Shinsou." I apologized. I could tell he was caught of guard with the apology. "IZUKU MIDORIYA WINS!!" I heard Midnight announce. I heard cheering and then me and Shinsou walked off the battlefield. I was heading to Recovery Girl, when I was intercepted by Naruto. "You did a great job, Izuku." he complimented. "Thanks, Naruto." I thanked Naruto and then he walked up to me. "Lemme see your fingers." I showed Naruto my fingers and said: "I was heading to Recovery Girl to get healed up." Just as I finished say that I felt my fingers become less and less broken. I looked down and saw that Naruto healed my fingers. "Thanks Naruto." I thanked him. "I also gave you a little bit of my chakra. I know you'll eventually go against Shoto, and he's very powerful. If you use my chakra during the battle, you'll be able to use 50% of your power without being injured. Although once you use it, the chakra I gave you will be gone." Naruto explained. I thanked him and he said no problem. I went back to the audience and sat next to Uraraka and Naruto so I could watch Shoto and Sero's match.
