Faith
The winter wind blew through my hair, me having to tuck a few strands behind my ear to keep it away from my face. I had to repeat this action multiple times before I reached the class doors that would allow me to enter and get out of the cold wind. My cheeks burned from the coldness, it feeling like someone was repeatedly poking at both my cheeks with a very sharp needle. But as I entered the large building, the warm quickly warmed my body as I shivered at the sudden temperature change.
Pulling my coat around me tighter, I walked towards the elevator. My numb finger pressed the button with an arrow pointing upwards as I waited for the lift. Every since the move to America, I've been speaking a bit of both. One time I'll call something by the American tearm other than the way we usually say it. Mum will look at me weirdly until I realize why, then I'll have to repeat but to where she could clearly understand. Sometimes, I miss home a lot. Not the "home" we live in now, but the one in England. My real home.
A small ding was heard as the elevator doors opened, an elderly man walking out. He nodded in my direction with a smile and I kindly returned the gesture. With a sigh, I walked into the empty elevator. I presses the button with the number 6 imprinted on it with black. I weaved a hand through my hair while watching the numbers change. Suddenly, a knot formed in my stomach. It felt as if someone was ringing a wet rag out and they wouldn't stop until every last drop of water was clear from the cloth.
I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion as another ding was heard, it echoing through the small box. The doors opened, allowing me to exit. I turned left as I walked through the hall, passing by many plastic plants and random paintings. The walls were a beige color while the carpet was a velvet color, the paintings only helping the two random colors seem good together. The sound of the bottom of shoes hitting the carpeted floor the only thing that could be heard in the vacant hallway.
But what made me stop was the sound of a feminine and male voice that seemed to be moaning. Some being low grunts even. The sounds increaseing and then decreasing, and this seemed to be a pattern. My gaze fell on Louis' door, it being open just enough to fit a dime through the crack.
Taking a few more steps towards the wooden door, I pushed it open so that it was now open wide. The noises became more clear once I stepped inside, my heartbeat quickening at the noises. I began to tiptoe towards the small hallway, the door on the end being Louis'. But I didn't have to make it to his room as the scene happening on the couch was enough to make tears blur my vision.
"L-Louis?" I choked out, letting the tears run freely down my cheeks. My heart broke completely when I had first seen his soft, silky brown hair poking out from the side of the couch, his head laying on the arms of the couch. But he couldn't hear my call for him because of the sound of their moaning and cursing. My pain was quickly replaced with anger as I stormed towards to girl that sat atop the guy I loved and I did what any angry girlfriend would do. I pushed her off from Louis, using all my force.
She fell to the floor with a thud as Louis shot up, his eyes on the girl but soon finding my angry gaze. His eyes widen in surprise and his lips parted in shock. "What the hell?!" the tramp screeched, making me want to cover my ears.
"Faith," Louis whispered. My eyes landed on his part that was completely bare, my nose scrunching up in disgust. Louis notices my gaze as he quickly threw one of the couch pillows over himself. The tramp was fully naked as she laid on the floor, her hand rubbing her elbow. A lonely tear rolled down my cheek making Louis shake his head rapidly.
"Please don't cry." Louis begged, not being able to stand due to the fact that he was completely nude.
"Oh don't worry, it's not like the man I loved cheated on me or anything." I sniffled, wiping away the tear that I let slip. I hugged my coat tighter around my body as I stared at my feet, not wanting to look into the eyes of the man I thought I loved, but to only go behind my back and hurt me.
"Louis-"
"Shut up skank!" I snapped once the brunette skank tried to call for my boyfriend, making her jump and glare at me. She now had a blanket that was sprawled over Louis' loveseat over her bare body while I narrowed my eyes at her.
I looked to Louis, shaking my head and spinning on my heel, heading back towards the front door. Louis called my name many times as I was leaving, but he couldn't run after me considering he's completely nude. Although, I'm sure he'd just go back to snagging that skank that was pleasuring him before I even came in. I'll let them continue their fun while I go home and eat a tub of cookie dough ice cream, drowning myself in my own tears.
I mean, I honestly don't know how this could get any worse.

The next morning I woke up with a headache from all the crying I had done last night, after the incident that occurred it only felt right to cry myself to sleep. What girlfriend wouldn't cry once she found out her boyfriend of two years cheated on her? For all I know he could've slept with her more than once, or maybe when I'm not there she's there. When I'm not there to pleasure him, she is. But I thought he loved me?
Once I step out of the bathroom and my feet make contact with the cold floor, I silently squeal and quickly make my way to Stephanie's room to wake her. Whenever I'm under the weather, I always take a long, hot shower and go to Steph's room to talk to her about it. It's that way for the both of us, if we need each other we go to one another's room early in the morning. And I love it that way, too.
"Psst, Steph." I whispered as I quietly opened her door. My eyes landed on her neatly fixed bed, everything still in it's place. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion because she could not possible be up this early. Unless, she's too has something bothering her, but then again I would have heard the other shower downstairs be on.
Where the hell is Steph?
Softly shutting her door, I began to search for Steph in the front room, kitchen, and where ever else she could be. However, I never found her which made me wonder if she had snuck out again. But I'm sure if she had snuck out she would've came back before morning, so where is she?
