"Jasmine where are you" I called she said "right here mommy". We where playing hide and seek she has some good hiding places I told her to come here and give me a hug she was the only one I got since her deadbeat dad left and didn't want to claim her I remember it like it was yesterday. *flashback* Ok push said the doctor I was pushing and then she came out he said "What the hell she don't even look like me she light skin" I said "Well for one your dark skin and I'm mixed so what you expect a Mexican baby?". Then he left *flashback over* I looked at jasmine and said "mommy loves you baby" jasmine looked at me and said "I love you too mommy" I was crying and she said "mommy don't cry your too beautiful to cry" then I hugged her and told her to get ready cause we were going to the mall with Grace and I work at the mall. After we got there the boys from school where there we walked past them they stopped us and jasmine was behind me so they didn't see her and they said "where are y'all two fine girls going?" Jasmine came behind me and said "leave my mommy alone you big bully". Max said "is this your kid?" I said "yes and why do want to know?". He said "I didn't know you were a mom" I said "so and why do you care it's not like you take care of her and I be damn if I'm letting a another man in our lives". He said "I DO have a kid and her name is ocean and she just turned 4" I said "I'm sorry for saying that it's just that I don't want her to live without a dad and and all I want is for her to be happy with a father" I picked up jasmine and he said " here's my number call me" and I smiled and I gave him a kiss on the cheek and we left I told jasmine to go pick out her own clothes and shoes she picks the cutest little girl clothes I ever seen then we left and went home. Jasmine said " mommy who was that boy?" I said "that was a boy that go to my school" she said "mommy I like him I thought he was some jerk trying to hurt you cause I saw him grab your arm" I said "baby ain't no man gone put his hands on me or you ever you understand" she said "yes mama" I feed her and we went to sleep.
The next day
"Jasmine stop moving I'm trying to get it out".She didn't like it when she had something stuck in her finger. After that she was sleep so I decided to call max and he picked up I said "hey max" he said "hey ma wyd?" I said "just got done pulling out a piece of glass out jasmine finger u?" He said "wow and just chilling with my little girl I told her about you and now she want to meet you" I said "I did the same and she thinks your cute" he said " do you think I'm cute or whatever" I said "you cute what bout me" he said "you sexy ma I mean damn when you and your friend came out that bathroom I said damn look at her fine ass" I was laughing and said "when can we meet?". He said "at the mall in front of the game stop and bring your little one and I bring mine" I said "ok I see you tomorrow and btw I like you" then hung up the phone and went upstairs to pick out what I wanted to wear and I did the same to jasmine and layed them out on the bed then hung them up and I woke Jasmine up and gave her a bath then put on her pjs then she watched a little bit of tv and went to sleep in my room I didn't care if she slept in my room half of the time but she just like me she tosses and turn and then we got ready for the next day.
