~Bakugo's Pov~
The room Deku and I were staying in had two beds, a tv, a kitchen, a dresser, and a bathroom. Deku was still packing out his belongings on his side of the dresser while I was laying on my bed watching the television. I glanced over at him every once in a while, following his every move. He had a worried look on his face as if something was bothering him.
I grabbed the remote from next to me and started to flip through the channels. Nothing good was on, so I got up and went on the balcony. The wind blew across my face and through my ash-blond hair. It felt nice, like the day I took deku to the beach. I turned around to look at him, but this time he was talking on the phone.
The worried look on his face was gone, which had me concerned about what was going on. I moved closer to the door; to eavesdrop on his conversation. I only heard a few words, but that wasn't enough.
"You guys.." "I'll see you..." "Goodnight."
He hung up the phone and sighed. "I promise, just a little longer and, I will tell you everything." He put his phone in his pocket, and the last of his things in the dresser then went to bed. I walked back inside and closed the balcony door, and drew the blinds shut. I headed to the space between the two beds and sat down. I wanted to say something to him, but I couldn't get it out. After a while, I decided it was time for me to say something.
"Deku...."
He slowly turned around and looked at me. "We need to talk." He sat up, then slid off the bed so that he was now sitting directly in front of me. I stared at each other until one of us spoke up. "Who else knows." He looked at me confused, "Who else have you told why you left." The confused look on his face faded away when he turned his head to face the wall.
He sighed and started but didn't look back at me. " My mom, your parents, and Aizawa sensei and All might." I was trying to stay calm so that I didn't scare him off, but I have a feeling that that wasn't going to happen. I could feel myself losing the will to stay calm, knowing that he told my parents and even our teacher and not me.
"Couldn't you at least tell me that you were leaving?" He looked at me for a second, then turned back to face the wall. "If I told you, then you would have asked why and I didn't think you would accept the truth or even want to stay by my side. On top of that, our lives were just starting. I didn't want to mess yours up before you had a chance." I could see tears dripping down the side of his cheek as he said that. To think he has been holding this in for four years.
I moved across the floor, sitting next to him, and held his right hand. "Turn around, Deku. I'm not angry anymore." He wouldn't listen to me, so I used my right hand to turn his head towards me. I let go of his right hand and wiped away his tears. I smiled at him, but it didn't work, so I did the one thing that always worked before.
I leaned in closer to Deku while bringing his face closer to mine at the same time. I stopped a few centimeters away but decided to close the gap. If he doesn't want this, he can pull away, and to my surprised, he didn't. He was shocked at first, but he kissed me back.
I broke the kiss for air but didn't move my hands from his face. We both kept staring at each other, not one of us looking away. "Don't leave me again Deku. No matter what happens or who comes our way, I want to be with you." And just like that, he started to cry again. "K-Kacchan.." He pounces on me, and we both fall. "I-I want t-to stay with you too." I laugh as he keeps crying in my arms; while I run my hand through his hair and up and down his back. He's just too cute.
"I love you, Deku."
