When I woke up today, I felt amazing because it is my twenty-fourth birthday! I haven't found my one true love yet. Clint and I have been hanging out a lot and I was wishing when I turned twenty-one that he would of asked me to date him, but that never happened. Maybe today would be the day that he would ask me to be his girlfriend. I got dressed and went downstairs.

I saw my mom and dad smiling up a storm before they handed me an envelope. I opened it and I see the deed to the house. I look at them in complete shock.

"The house is all yours. You make a good chunk of money so you can pay for this house on your own. Your mother and I are moving back to Carefree, Arizona because it is about time we move back. Your grandmother is very sick and she needs someone to take care of her. So that is why we are moving back and you have nothing to worry about. She will be okay, but if something does change, we will let you know right away."

"When are you guys leaving?"

"Tomorrow."

I go up to them and give them each a big hug.

"I am going to miss you guys so much."

"Go have fun on your birthday. Look outside."

I look outside and see Clint standing in the backyard. I open the door and go out there. I look at him and smile.

"Want to go for a swim?"

"Sure!"

He starts taking off his shirt and that is when I notice his back tattoo. Then he turns around and that is when I see he has tattoos on his chest. Man, he looked good! He had a six-pack and I could tell he loved to work out. I would just love to go over to his house and watch him work out because he was the hottest guy ever. He finishes taking off his pants and then I started to take off my shorts, slowly, before slipping my top over my head.

"I never knew you had a tattoo on your shoulder."

"Yes, I do. It is because I love to hunt."

Clint looked surprised, but I smiled evilly and bit my lip before diving into the pool. He followed right after me. We spent hours just relaxing and talking, but one question kept popping in my head. I finally had to say it. I looked at him and took a deep breath.

"Why will you never date me? Am I not that pretty or hot or anything like that? I have been head over heels for you since we met. It's been six years! Yeah I know, you are a little older than I am, but I don't care about that! I want to be your girlfriend and. by the way, this house is all mine. My parents gave me rights to it today and now we can hang without my parents around."

Clint looks at me strangely before smiling.

"Well, I am glad you told me how you felt about me. I was just waiting for you to say that because here's the thing, I have loved you ever since that day we met. I was just waiting for you to tell me how you felt. You are the most amazing girl and I can't wait to be your boyfriend."

He leans in to kiss me and I thought, 'Is he really going to kiss me right now? Is he going to be my boyfriend? Is he the one that I will get married to and have kids with?' My thoughts just stop when he kisses me. Man, I felt fireworks and my lips knew what to do even though I have never been kissed before. We stop kissing and he looks at me with a smile.

"Man, that was the best first kiss I ever had!"

I put my hand over my mouth he smiles and takes my hand away.

"You are mine and no one will steal you from me."

We get out of the pool and sit in the chairs to dry off. I felt like the luckiest woman alive. I now had an amazing boyfriend and he was HOT. I look at him and he knew I was staring at him.
