Lies (phan and kickthesticks)

Chapter 1

(present) *Dans POV*

"Hey Dan, do you think I can catch this grape in my mouth?"

I took my focus off the tv and looked at Phil.

"I guess. Go for it."

He stood up and held the grape in his hands.

"One, two, three!"

He threw it in the air. I watched it fly, almost hitting the ceiling. I smiled as I knew what was coming. Phil leaned back trying to catch it. Not paying attention, as usual, he bumped into the end table sending the lamp to the floor. He fell on the ground with a loud thump. I started laughing so hard face hurt. The grape bounced off his face and rolled away.

"Ouch."

"Oh my god Phil. I think you broke the lamp.

"Lamps are replaceable," he said grinning.

I smiled back.

He's so clumsy. Its so adorable. Wait what? No. I don't think of him that way.

I turned to the tv and continued watching Delia Smith. Phil stood up and put the lamp back on the table.

"Only the bulb broke. The rest of it is fine."

Phil was the best thing that ever happened to me. Ever since I met him I knew we would be best friends.

Maybe more than friends. Stop it Dan, he's your friend. He would never like you back anyways. Who would want you? Phil could do so much better.

Phil sat back down next to me. He leaned over to get a handful off popcorn when his shoulder brushed mine. I blushed. He sat back up and ate. Suddenly he jumped up and stared at me wide eyed, startling me.

"OH MY GOD DAN WE FORGOT TO MAKE THE VIDEO! We promised to post it tonight!"

I realized what he said and looked at my phone. 

6:00 PM

I looked at him and we bolted into my bedroom. Phil grabbed the camera and I set up the lights. We sat on the couch and started filming. This video was a Q&A so we got a bunch of questions. Phil picked like 20 of them yesterday.

"Hey guys today we are going to be answering some of your questions you guys sent us on Twitter!" Phil said, botth of us smiling at the camera. 

Trying not to stare into his eyes was so hard. I kept my focus on my phone, scrolling through the questions. 

"Ok whats the next one?" Phil asked.

I looked up and stared into his blue eyes. It felt like time stopped. It felt like I was drowning in them. It was only when Phil started talking again that brought me back into reality.

"Dan? Are you okay?"

"Wha- Uh oh sorry I just didnt hear what you said."

A look of confusion spread over Phil's face.

Nice going Dan. He probably thinks your weird now.

"Oh. Whats the next one?" he repeated.

I blushed like mad.

"Er what is your favorite hobby besides making videos?"

I chuckled.

"Isn't it obvious? Going on Tumblr." We both started laughing. I looked over at Phil and saw his toungue poke out the side of his mouth. He only did that when he laughed hard enough. Phil covered his mouth with his hand. He hated when it did that.

I think its adorable.

We finished the video and Phil started to edit it. I unlocked my phone and tweeted that a new video was updating.

Hopefully no one gets mad we posted late.

Yay end of chapter one! That was a pretty bad chapter. Oh well, this is my first phanfiction sooooo yeah. I promise it will get better. Anyways, I'll update again soon. Bye!
