Update!

Dan,Chris, PJ, and I were standing outside our social studies class.
"We should hang out sometime!" PJ said.
"Yeah that would be fun! Maybe you guys could come to my house this weekend," Dan said.
Wow, this is so cool. I've known these people for a day and they already want me to hang out with them. How can this get any better?
I nodded.
"Video games and food!" Chris exclaimed punching his fist in the air.
Dan laughed. "Oh my god we're such nerds. Okay when you guys go home ask your parents if you can come on....... Saturday."
The three of us nodded.
"That reminds me. I'll give you my number so you can tell me if your coming," Dan said to me.
I took out my phone and opened up my contect list.
Not very many. Every one counts though right?
Dan typed in his number and name quickly.
"Yay! I just texted my mom if I could go and she said yes!" PJ said.
"Great! Well, see you guys later!" Dan said.
We all headed in different directions. My mom was waiting in the parking lot. I hopped in the car and buckled my seat belt.
"Hey mom," I said.
"What took you so long? You know I hate waiting."
Seriously?
"Oh I was talking to Dan. He introduced me to his friends, Chris and PJ."
"He's still friends with you? Wow. Have you been super quiet or something? Your past 'friends' ditched you after you said one thing about lions or whatever. I don't get what's so great about them," she said.
Everything.
"Whatever. Dan wants to know if I can go to his house on Sunday. Chris and PJ will be there too."
"Wow. He must really like you. You can go but I'm not taking you. I've got better things to do."
Well I don't really care. I don't want you taking me anyways.
I pulled out my phone and texted Dan.
Me: My mom said I could go! XD
He replied a minute later.
Dan: Really? Awesome! See you then!

Dan's POV
Sunday came by super fast. Chris and PJ were coming in five minutes. I hadn't heard from Phil since Friday. My Xbox was already set up and I brought out a bunch of junk food. My mom came down the stairs.
"Ok bye Dan! I'll bee back soon! Don't get too wild," she said.
"Bye!" I said smiling.
I looked at a box of games and started to pick out the ones everyone would like.
I wonder if Phil plays Xbox....
My phone buzzed.
Chris: Hey we are outside your house.
