The sun was hidden in the cloudy sky. It was late autumn, a week from winter. The wind was quite
cold and strong.
As I walk down Danielwood, leaves crunch after every step.
The wind blows a bit strong and I shivered. I start tugging on my scarf, trying to secure it more around my neck. My hat from my jacket flips over onto my head, covering my wavy brown hair. I dug my hands into the pockets of my jacket.
As I continue to walk, my school starts coming in view. I grab my cellphone to check the time. 8:37.
"Still have another 8 minutes to spare," I quietly spoke to myself.
As I approached the school, I noticed several of students surrounding the main entrance. I walked towards the side entrance to avoid them. Once I walked into the school, the heat quickly warms my body. As I walked down the halls, I noticed they were a bit empty.
"Good," I thought to myself.
Once I reach my locker, I spin the combination and it opens. I put away my jacket scarfs; then I grab my books and put it into my bag. I lock my locker, then swung my bag onto my right shoulder and made my way towards my first class.
As I started walking, the bell rings and students slowly began to fill the halls.
I know every single person in this room, but they don't know me. As I neared my first class, I see Nathan Montgomery.
Nathan has dark-brown hair that can be mistaken for black that cover his forehead and ears. His eyes are green; green enough to match the colour spring grass. On his left is his girlfriend, Erica Telbot. She has dark, big and round, sapphire-blue eyes and red hair that were ringlets. Her face is flawless, with minimal makeup. She looked like a porcelain doll. Unlike me, she's beautiful.
I have brown hair. No specific shade of brown, but brown, wavy hair. My eyes are baby blue, but it's normal. Lots of people have baby blue eyes. I was plain and a no one to Nathan and Erica. I do t exist to them.
