The way I left things with Luisita always bugged me. That night I reached out to Ignacio and he said that I could stay over. He and Maria wanted me and Luisita to make up. I just felt that our time had come and we were over. That we had lost our way and there was no way going back to the way things were. That we lost our love. I managed to pack up my things while Luisita wasn't home. I didn't want it to be hard on the both of us. I don't even think I could face her and see the hurt in her eyes. I missed those eyes so much but not as much as that smile. That smile could light up a room. Just thinking of her makes me smile as well. We had some great memories. Just now it feels like that was so long ago. All this time apart I made sure to keep myself busy and focus on getting a job.
Auditions were few and far away. I needed to find something that would pay the bills in the meantime. I eventually wound up taking a job at the mall. The job of being Caspar's page. It's not a glamourous job but the money helps and I can keep going out for auditions.
