A long scroll in the park had led Daniel to see the most breathtaking woman ever. After collecting himself and growing some balls, Daniel had walked over to the girl, ready to ask for her number. Suddenly, Daniel was woken by his alarm clock. ugh.
"Arghh. Last day of senior year. School starts in... 20 minutes ago. Wait.. 20 MINUTES AGO!!! Shit... im so late." Daniel groans towards the fact that he was 20 minutes late to school. AND it was the last day of senior year. Honestly though, does it really matter anymore?
After throwing on the same black skinnies, black tank, and blue and red flannel, Daniel rushed downstairs to grab his lunch.
"Mom i'm late for school... got to go. Love you!" Daniel hurries to grab his keys and leave. Once entering his car he had realized he forgot his shoes. Groaning once again, he ran back into his house and throws on his high-top black converse.
When reaching the school, Daniel ran into the second class of the day... algebra. Oh how he hated algebra.
"Late again, Mr. Scott." said Ms. Franchester.
He had quickly and sneakily walked to his desk hoping Ms. Franchester didn't notice. But she did. All Daniel did in response was put his head on his desk.
Daniels best friend was always the first one to the lunch table as he had the closest class to the cafe. The table being the "popular kid table."
"Hey Tyler."
"Heyyyy. Dan the man. You're actually here. What happened this morning?"
"I do not want to talk about it." Daniel groaned
"So... did you get accepted to that college you've been crying about?" Tyler joked.
"I WASN'T CRYING ABOUT IT DUDE!" Daniel yelled while hitting Tylers arm. "And I don't know yet... they haven't contacted me yet."
"Whatever dude. They'll accept you. You're so talented." Tyler cheered.
Tyler was tall, tan, and buff football player with dirty blonde hair that reminded you of surfers named Kyle. While Daniel was short-ish, tan-ish, with dark chocolate hair, freckles across his face, and was a twig. Tyler looked like a beast compared to Daniel. Daniel didn't mind as Tyler could protect him.
The rest of the day went by pretty smooth. Everyone said their goodbyes, so longs, farewells. Daniel was upset about the fact that he wouldn't be able to see Tyler as much anymore since they were going to pursue 2 different dreams.
Tyler is pursuing football while Daniel is pursuing music. Even though they had 2 different dreams ahead, they still had so much in common.
All Daniel is waiting for is confirmation as to if he got accepted or not.
