I stand up and feel my tence muscles release adrenaline. I stand around for a few minutes, picking up hotel brochures and looking out the windows at the night sky, occasionally. Nothing soothes my restless body.
I walk to the door and cracking it open. I look out into the hall. Nothing is there, but a reflextive glimmer catches my eye. My card is on the floor still. I walk out to get it. I decide to go into my room. My room is cold. Almost empty, only a few of my things in the bathroom and a pair of my shoes next to the dresser.
I walk further into my room. Only to be shocked by someone standing behind the corner by the bed.
"Never thought we'd meet again, huh?"
He turns to me. My body jolts at the site. I step back. It's Blake. It's him.
"Do you even remember me? He says.
"How'd you fine me?" I ask.
"Okay, skip the hello."
"How, did you, find, me." I stutter though my words as my jaw locks and grinds.
"I just stumbled upon you."
He smirks and walks closer.
"Stay away from me!" I say.
He looks down and keeps walking closer.
"I said stay away." I say again.
He looks up at me quick.
"You've changed."
I back up against the wall. He is close to me. Looking his brown eyes down into mine.
"You're so contentious and difficult." He touches his hand on my waist, moving it slowly up my sweatshirt. "Well, you were always like that. So, touchy." He says bringing his hand up to my breast. "Get it? Touchy?"
I stand still. Afraid to combat his 5 inches and 40 pounds over me.
"Of course you don't get it. You stupid bitch!" He spits words into my face.
He grabs me by my bra and throws me to the beds direction. I land on the dense comforter and he lands on top of me.
"Get off of me! Someone help! Get off!" I shout as I try to push him off of me.
"I wouldn't open my mouth if I were you."
"And why's that?" I say in a stern voice still trying to push on his arms and chest.
He reaches down to his pocket and pulls out a pocket knife. He has kept the same smile on his face the entire time.
"I know you won't try anything smart. You were never fierce enough to." He says.
He lifts my sweatshirt up.
"What's this?" He says examining the bandage covering my left side. As he glides the blade along my skin he tears the bandage off.
"Stop!" I try to grab the blade.
He grabs my wrist and pins it down. He slaps my face. Leaving me looking sidways. At the headboard. He then grabs my jaw and forces me to look at him through my wet eyes.
He moves in close to me. My heart is in my throat. I don't say a word, as he turns the blade over and over on my stomach. Until, he stops on my wound.
"No don't. Please." I beg.
He looks me dead in the eyes and cuts right into the scabed gash. Blood oozes out. Pain rises, leaving me in screams.
"AHHH STOP! JUST, STOP!" I shout between gasps for air.
