OCEANIDES (Okeanides)
-Three thousand nymph daughters of the earth-encirling river Oceanus. They were the nymphs of fresh-water (Naiads), clouds (Nephelai), cool breezes (Aurai), meadows (Leimonides) and groves (Alseides). The eldest of them were ranked amongst the Titans. IllustratedOCEANUS 1 (Okeanos)
