The group all picked a row each to have dedicated to them. It started with Ash on row two and ended with Hassan on row ten. The dark was now setting in and the tranquility of silence held amongst the group. All slowly closing their eyes, they were at ease.
The group was abruptly awoken by a scream from the back of the cinema. A zombie had appeared, which must have been hidden in the screen room, was attacking Hassan. He had been bitten multiple times and had an excruciating pain look on his face.
"Aeron the bow!" Ruby screamed.
They picked up the bow and shot an arrow straight into the walkers head. Then after, they took the arrow and pierced it through Hassan's brain as a tear dropped from everyone's eyes.
How could they be so stupid as to not check the screen room.
Ruby picked up Hassan's body and walked down the steps. She opened the door and went to the playground.
The group had decided to have Callum's memorial here, so it would only be right for Hassan to be buried here too.
The group dug a hole under the swingset and laid his body there, covering it back up after. Laying a bunch of belongings of the two, each spoke small paragraphs to honor their friends.
"Why did you want the memorial in the playground?" Sampson asked his leader.
Ruby turned and slung her arm around the boy.
"They were only kids. They deserve to be able to play and have fun forever."
The two walked back to the cinema after catching up with the rest of the group. It was time for breakfast and another mission run.
Ruby was done with her friends dying, she needed someone to go and contact the army immediately as they can't wait another minute longer.
"It's time to go contact the army. Enough has happened in the past few hours to show we don't know what's around the corner."
"Well, whoever you chose will be up for the mission." Ophelia smiled, the girl seemed to have nothing but optimism.
"Well, the two I would suggest are..."
