Marinette POV
I started to walk down the street making my way to the store, no on my way to see Dan or what he likes to call himself 'my older brother' i stop right at the front of the stores' doors, bracing my self for what I'm about to do I take a deep breath while fiddling with the envelope in my hand and use my free hand to open the door and see a lair, a gossip girl, and a backstabber yelling at someone. Dan, I carefully put the letter in my purse as the backstabber sees me and sneaks away from the group only to go towards me and grab my arm, dragging me away from the group and into a comer of the store that was unoccupied.

Great...

they took over my safe place, oh well it won't matter for long I just wish I could have talked to Dan in peace and not over shouting.

Adrien POV
(OMG I'm writing another POV!!!!!)

Lie-la (he doesn't call her that I just only call her that), Alya and I went to (you guys choose the name of the store) when a tall, dark-skinned man looked at us. By us I mean Lie-la his dark blue eyes seemed to turn mean and uncaring the second he spotted her (Lie-la), honestly, he shouldn't be allowed to work here with his spike earring! (he only has one ear pierced) (you poor privileged soul... NOT) Not to mention how terrible his hair long black looked in a low ponytail, strands sticking out, so I put my arm around Lie-la to comfort her as she whispered something in Alyas ear.
"Hello, I'm Daniel what are your names?" He said in a snarky tone

"We don't need to tell you anything, you pedophile! Now stop staring at Lila! (I'll only change her name if someone is talking) Haven't you done enough in the past!" Alya interject, screaming at the top of her lungs getting everyone's attention almost gasping.

"Ma'am I was asking because you look like the people that have been described to me and are not allowed to shop here, now even if you weren't, which you are. You'd be banned from the store for saying those lies. Your friends included." Daniel said in an unnecessarily rude. (Dude, she called him a pedophile so no. It was not unnecessary) I mean why is he so mad! Lie-la said a small lie and Alya believed it, it's not like it's hurting anyone! (😑)

Alya started to shout and scream for the owner, turns out that was him, and he knew about Lie-las lies. And Lie-la was trying to calm her down (not really, just pretending while adding small things to make her angrier) when I noticed Marinette. I told her to take the High Road!! Why did she tell a STRANGER! I slip into the crowd, grab Marinette, and move somewhere unoccupied.

Marinette POV
"WHAT THE HELL MARINETTE! Why did you tell someone about Lila? Adrien cried out "I mean first you block your classmates, your friends! And what is up with not making costumes for Alyas interviews? She's your BEST FRIEND! Or what about the costumes for Nino's movie? I know you weren't allowed to try out for a roll or anything but costumes are expensive and you are, well were are 'every day Ladybug' what is going on with you, you have only been hanging out with Chloe and Kagami until Chloe left with her mom and Kagami a left to Japan for some unknown reason that you have STILL NOT TOLD YOUR REAL FRIENDS! And what about taking the high road?!?!" (they were not told why Chloe and Kagami left and Adrien is stupid for believing that they're even remotely close to friends)

I put on a forced smile "You're right I haven't seen or talked to my friends in a long time, I didn't make something for Alya because I was making a paid commission and I told about Nino's movie until the day before it was needed to be turned in, and all the film was shot." I replied, 'WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I MAKE ANYTHING FOR THOSE BACKSTABBING-SO-CALLED-FRIENDS FOR FREE AFTER THEY TORE AND STOLE FIVE OF MY SKETCHBOOKS!!!! And they're expensive? What about me, I'm not rich, like you Agreste! I blocked your numbers because I don't need any more death threats and bullying.' Then I said "Don't worry, I'll be taking the 'high road' very soon, so high you won't even be able to see me" muttering the last part to myself.
