So some background info, the CPS took Marinette away from Tom and Sabine two days after Marinette tried to kill herself. The next day she woke up and the day after she was adopted by the Stones (they wanted to see if that's what she wanted and they had to be approved) that same day Nathalie and Gabriel gave her their miraculous' and told her to give them to Ladybug next time she sees her. The day she woke up Daniel gave her back Tikki but decided to hold the Miracle box until she was released for safety reasons. Everyone stayed in the hospital until she woke up, and Damian never left her side even after she woke up until he went to kill Lie-la.
Adrien POV Oh. My. God. What have I done, I am a terrible person (still not cursing, Alfred might be watching). When I got home my father and Nathalie were waiting for me, they were beyond pissed... and that's putting it lightly. I got reprimanded, grounded for a looooonnnnnggggg time, and my father said I'd be getting extra lessons on how to deal with bullies and liars as well as a weekly check. Afterward, they gave me the letter Marinette wrote for me, I went to my room and read the letter, mom would have been so disappointed in me. By the end, I was sobbing. That night Queen Bee told me that Hawk Moth relinquished his and Mayura's miraculous' and that Ladybug told her to get my miraculous (The next week Gabriel told Adrien about the Hawkmoth stuff) I just gave it to her knowing I was unworthy, when I asked who Hawkmoth was she said only Ladybug knew and left.
Marinette POV After Jagged adopted me he had all of my stuff moved to the hotel room Damian was staying in knowing that I'd want to sleep near him when I left the hospital. We are going to move to Gotham since that's where he was born and he was already going to take a gap year before I tried to kill myself but didn't know where, plus I wanted to be near Damian and Jagged (it was actually Penny) knew that. I was going to see if I could graduate high school early in a month by taking a quiz at Gotham High. I am now taking antidepressants, and other things (to help with her eating disorder and such) and will be starting therapy once I move to Gotham.
Time skip; it is after dinner where everyone made Marinette eat
I was looking for one of Damian's shirts, preferably a comfy one to wear after I shower. Damian was currently talking to Jagged and Penny, (I'm keeping it PG 13, they are still virgins but they have and do shower together) as I'm looking through the dresser I pick out a soft shirt but notice a black box. Damian enters the room as I grab the box and open it revealing a stunning engagement ring.

"Angel," Damian says as he walks toward me "What are you doing Angel?" He goes next to me and sees the ring and lets out a small 'oh' and gently takes the box and closes it.
"When?" is all that comes out of my mouth,
"I was planning to surprise visit you the day after you tried to you know, I was going to then." He wraps his arms around my waist and continues "I didn't unpack and realize I brought it with me until you woke up. I decided that I was going to wait until you got better after I unpacked but since you've already seen it..." he paused and goes down on one knee and takes the ring out of the box "Marinette Stone, you are the light that keeps me alive, my angel guardian. Will you marry me?" I feel tears running down my face as I get choked up and nod, going down to my knees and kissing him as he slips the ring on my finger and pulling me closer to him. I wrap my arms around his neck, after who knows how long our kiss breaks and he helps me up. Lightly pressing his forehead to mine and Eskimo kissing me, (When you nuzzle your nose with someone else) looking into my eyes as if I'm the most precious thing. "I love you Damian" I whisper,
"And I you" he replies and swoops me into another passionate kiss.
Time Skip to Morning I wake up to someone nuzzling their nose to my cheek and open my eyes to see Damian's loving ones gazing into mine, the memories of yesterday coming to me. "Morning my fiancée," Damian whispers through a small smile. (which is huge for Damian)
"Morning fiancée," I reply to the idea of Damian being my fiancée bring a smile to my lips. "Hey, Damian?" I say,
"Yes, Angel" he replies wrapping his arms around me.
"Is it over?" I ask him
"Yeah, it is Marinette. She can't do anything, Lie-la lost." He says and peppers me with kisses. I then kiss him and excited about what will come. Especially the reaction his brothers will have when they find out we're engaged.
