I woke up as Paul wriggled my shoulders lightly. " We've arrived my lady." He said and smiled as he look to me. "Oh! I'm sorry. I didn't mean to drool." I said and my face turning tomato red! I hurriedly wipe the sides of my mouth. Gosh! What a shame of me. "Welcome back to the mansion, my lady." He said ignoring the childish reaction I had. I flashed a wide smile. " Yeah, I'm back." I looked around the mansion. Wide. Big . Spacious. Whatever else you can describe to a mansion with a big field. It's surroundings were green. There's a fountain in the entrance of the gate. With the maze-like green tall grasses and a garden full of flowers, especially orchids.

I drifted inside the mansion with Paul only to be surprised that the head of the mansion was waiting for me-- standing above the staircase wearing an expensive wardrobe with a glass of red wine with him and a maid whom I think is disturbed by the thought that she was near the "boss" of the mansion.

He climbed down the staircase and motioned himself to hug me. I complied and hug my father. Yes. The head of the mansion is my father and the king . "Oh dear, I'm glad you agreed and come here. You're the only on--" I interrupted him and rolled my eyes. "Dad, it's okay. Alright? Besides it's really my duty and responsibility to take over the promised throne. " i said , sounding a bit disturbed. "Besides, I'm the only one capable of being the next king. Royals became scarce and we're the only one left. Zenile is the only royal left that's expected to take over the throne and rule this place." I added.

My father sighed. "I know. That's why I asked since I know that you don't want this position. But either way, it's your fate and you can't change that. Oh well I guess you're tired. I guess you should rest and I'll call you by dinner. Paul will lead you to your room." he said, with finality to his voice and motioned his hand towards Paul. I nodded at my father and kissed him in the cheek and said goodbye. We were about to leave when Dad reach unto my blouse and pinned the red&crystal-colored brooch expertly to me. And said, "I forgot to tell you, always wear that. When I say always, I mean it. As in everyday. Got it?" he said seriously. I looked straight in his eyes and nodded and suddenly felt tired. Probably from the travel. I followed Paul leading me to my room. Wanting to slide down my bed already.

While we were on the way to my room. I felt like all eyes are on me. From workers to Prairies. I didn't give a damn and continued walking wearing a cold expression. We're near to our room and as soon as I got a hold to the doorknob, I opened it and slammed my body unto my soft bed. Hmmm. Brings back my memories. And as if on cue, I slowly drifted to my slumber. And the last thing I heard was Paul, saying: " Sleep well, young lady." and the door shut close.
