Chapter 13 - FINAL CHAPTER

NICHELLE'S POV
We went together in my house as I saw something when Daryl opened my unlocked room. I saw a Roland RD-800 right beside his desk as it faces vertically, together with Roland K990 Keyboard Amplifier and I saw his father entered the door.

"Son, I know that you want it badly"
"Dad"
"I'm so proud of you"

And Daryl hugged his dad as he hugged him back. Until my tears went down when they cry as Lester, David, Kezha and Jenna went down.

"I already forgiven you"
"I hope that I can do everything to pay back"
"It's in the past now. Nichelle, thank you for motivating this punk"
"She's a good woman Dad"
"I see the best for you Daryl. But let her finish her degree first"

And we laughed together as I see that his dad-son relationship had been fixed. What a beautiful scenery is is. And my dad is happy on becoming a champion as Daryl requests his father that we should talk which his father teased him.

"Hey, I want grandchildren who will become a businessman-"
"Cut that crap Dad !"
"Just kidding, I will support what he wants in life as long that he or she will not destroy his/her life"

And his dad left until Daryl and I alone as he starts to kissed me until I gave in

"I love you, Nichelle"
"I love you too, Daryl"
"We will reach our dreams together Nichelle"

And I kissed him passionately as the gang teased us from below

"Hey two lovebirds, we're getting jealous", Lester shouts as he tried to kiss Kezha but got his face pushed.

We laughed on that moment and Kezha kissed Lester like a duck which we laughed so hard on it.

We went on TJ's Resto bar to celebrate as the band recognized us and invited to play and jam with us.

I got surprised that David is on drums which he's insane on playing in. I saw Lester slapping a bass as he produces some sick bass lines and he's used to be a session bassist in a variety band.

And Kezha holds a electric guitar which she tends to make a solo which makes the house band intimidated to her as Daryl shows some dope synth lead solo.

"This song is to all of the people who's being in love with each other"

And I ask if they can play the song that I want to sing and glad that Daryl, Lester, Kezha knew how to play it. And people shout when Daryl did the piano intro of Falling in Love by Six Part Invention which David remembered the beat of that song after he heard the intro.

As I sang this song, I remember the moments of being with Daryl. And how he brought his light back and we win the competition which we don't expect to do that.

And the crowd waving their hands as the house band are clapping and shouting on us. This is how music is magical, it can entertain and hurt us but it has the power to revive and redeem what's the lost. There are things that we can't get back but music shows how to get up and move forward
